The Home Depot

This home depot is in a handy location when we are visiting the city. It has ample parking; and it is always easy to find what we need with their clearly marked aisles and helpful employees, when you can locate one. We rely on home depot for the bulk of our home repair needs. The prices here are generally moderate so we don't have to waste valuable time price comparing.

Terrible Customer service. Do NOT shop here. Shop somewhere else where they will treat you like a person. Like Home Hardware.

This Home Depot location has horrible customer service. My husband and I came to return a product with hopes to get a replacement as the product we bought had broken. As soon as we walked up to the customer service desk we were greeted by a very unfriendly lady who never said hello or asked us anything about how our day was. She proceeded to process our refund but would not help us to figure out how to get a replacement. They didn't have a replacement product for us in Saskatoon and only had them in Regina. Due to this she told us she would not help us and we would have to contact that store ourselves. We asked to speak to the manager who was just as rude and unhelpful. He also never spoke to us to ask how we were doing, nor did he apologize for the poor product and customer service we were having. He proceeded to tell us how much our situation sucked but would not help us get the product in Regina or even call the store in Regina for us to help facilitate the process. He stared at us with a blank face and was not willing to help us in anyway even when we offered up potential solutions. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will not be shopping at this store ever again and I strongly advise all other shoppers to go elsewhere for anything they need. Absolutely horrible service here and they will not help you with anything.

The worst customer service on returns by a man I have ever experienced. From the start it was obvious he had zero respect for women and didn't listen to a word I said. I was told "computers don't lie" and when I pointed out computers mess up all the time I was laughed at. He mocked me literally and apparently is a manager. Oh and guess what if he would have listened the first time he would have gone into the right system and found my purchase, instead he chose to chastise me for not telling him in the first place. Luckily my husband was there to correct him. Great respect shown to my husband. Home Depot has gone downhill in drastic ways. Store is a mess, dirty and management needs revamping
. Can't continue the conversation because we have social media. The appropriate way to address a complaint is through a phone call or email

Variety of household items to make life easy.
They also have gigantic Halloween costumes

New 2023-08-25:

Went to buy a dimmer and lights and asked the guy if I had the right dimmer or if he could show me the right one. He said no then turned to help other customers. Just terrible customer service. Ended up just buying non dimmable lights and walked out.

I love home depot, but usually I go in knowing what I need. When I purchased blinds recently the rep helping me did not know about his own product and made bad cuts and cut the wrong length. I gave him the inside dimension and he mentioned usually they cut 1/4 off for each end but it wasn't a big deal, he is wrong because of the end caps. Then he cut the one too long beyond not accounting for end caps. This demonstrates to me that he lacked training and understanding of the product he is responsible for and didn't care enough to check.

NOt good at all. Service was so misleading. Will go to another stonebridge one for now one.

Customer service was condescending and snappy when my dad and I brought a return which we bought 3 days prior.

Mark in the appliances was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to give us a great answer to all the questions we had and pointed us in the right direction for what stove to purchase.

Let me tell you folks today I went to the home depot circle dr.location. I had great experience while shopping. There customer service is way better then any other place. When I was there I met a customer service associate her name is Chandralekha. She has great knowledge about all kinds of products and help me to choose better options. I am really thankful for her honesty and service. Lastly I will recommend people to shop at home depot. Thanks Chandralekha.

A generally positive experience for sure. Akash was very helpful in guiding us towards multiple products we were on the hunt for. Logan as well helped us with finding turfing options for our balcony. Overall a pleasant time indeed, thanks!

The employees are helpful. But your services are incredibly misleading. I should be able to get a 2"x33" cutout from a sheet of plywood. I'm not spending 50$+ to rent a tool to do it myself. These are basic services every lumber yard should offer. Not everybody can purchase a full outfit of tools for a very simple, single job. I will no longer shop at home depot for Lumber purposes. A lumber shop should be able to do a small cutout in 2023. Don't shop here.

Ahmed I, did a great job for helping us find a custom wood piece for our door. Highly recommend!
