Moving to another province is not easy, especially when you can't do the typical walk through of the homes. Even with my unique situation Paul and his team had no issues helping me. From virtual tours to answering my constant phone calls, Paul was with me every step of the way. Like most buyers in the 2021/2022 market looking for a home, my wife and I struggled to find something viable for our first one. It is not easy when you and 20 others are fighting over whatever trickles out onto MLS once every 1 or 2 weeks and having to hope that not only something does in fact come up but that you won't end up in a bidding war for 30 - 50k over asking (to those sellers, I congratulate you).
Aideen not only managed to find a home that he pegged as "the one" (and he was right) he also found a home with sellers that had specific challenges that we were able to help with given our unique situation (win-win is a cliché for a reason, it's legit). It's execution at this level that reminds me of the difference between good and great and my wife and I are lucky to have great in our corner.
