Food was delicious! Service was too notched! Kiara was our awesome waitress. We will be returning!

Good food, friendly service and a unique restaurant with the train cars included in the seating.

The place is an absolute beauty! One of Saskatoon landmarks (the old station place). The Old Spaghetti factory food is as you would expect: food chain good.

Would recommend for the atmosphere!

My goodness… we arrived around noon and the restaurant was not particularly busy but we waited 15 minutes for a table. Once seated, our waitress took another 10 minutes to come take our drink orders. Although she was friendly and nice, she liked to talk more than do her job. We waited a good 35 minutes for our drinks. She also forgot the complementary bread, and told us that by the “third” time she’d bring it to us. The meal was standard and not worth the price. From start to finish we were in the restaurant for 2 hours. There was another group (with more people), who came in a good 15 minutes after us, was seating around the same time and left before we even received our food. Please hire more staff or staff that are quick. If you can, find a different restaurant.

We dined here during our first trip to Saskatoon over the labour day long weekend and absolutely loved it! A+ all around for decor, ambiance, service, drinks/food, and pricing. We will absolutely be back!

The atmosphere is nice, but the food took forever and was flavourless. The French onion soup was barely warm and the manicotti was obviously frozen because it came out watery like an off-brand frozen lasagna. The spumoni ice cream was the best thing we ate. I’d choose Olive Garden instead any day.

Decent food, solid service, in a fancy antique curated atmosphere. The amount of food you get is truly good value for the price. Pasta lovers rejoice!

Loved the food and the atmosphere. Sitting in an actual train car that has become part of the restaurant made for interesting conversation!

Had an amazing experience here thanks to Danolda super friendly helpful service with awesome recommendations. Good portion sizes lots of options and tasty food! My family had a great time and will be back soon! I’ll also be telling all my family and friends that eating here is the experience to look for here in Saskatoon.

It's a family restaurant. Taste is good but can tell its mass produced. Ambiance is top notch and the service is excellent. Its a pleasure everytime I visit. The cost is less than other sit down restaurants in the area.

Wonderful atmosphere, good service, enjoyable meal. Meal comes with salad or soup and bread and coffee and dessert, so decent value for the money. Pasta was a bit less gourmet than expected for a place that specializes in pasta, but still a good experience overall.

Juan was excellent. Very friendly and patient. I'm from Calgary Alberta and have not had that kind of service in a long time. When I'm back in Saskatoon, I'll definitely be back. Juan, thank you again and keep smiling

It was busy and had to wait 25 minutes, turns out you can make reservations. They also have a bar so could have had a beer while we waited. All staff were masked and the food was not rushed and very good

We had no water served and had to ask for it. My wife's salad had brown spots on it. I asked for blue cheese on my salad and was given some tasteless no name brand dressing. I asked for pepper for my salad and had to remind the waiter 10 minutes later and he brought me a pepper shaker instead of a pepper mill. Our ceasar drinks where so spicy hot we could not even finish them. The restaurant was nearly empty and no excuse is fitting for the extremely poor service we received. Lesson learned. The old spaghetti factory today is a mere shadow of its former self. Lets see how long it remains open running on the name brand.

It is a very nice family family restaurant with quality spaghetti dishes. Portion is big enough for me. The meal comes with appertizer and dessert.

Our waiter and support staff were so kind.
My daughter (6yrsold) wanted to take me on a date every one was so patient with her and let her order and pay. The recommendation from Koan was delicious, and the food came out hot and fast.

Restaurant was clean, friendly service and the building itself was so cool. Very old time feel to it.
Food was good quality and tasty, although I felt the menu was a little lacking in variety.

Delicious food, excellent ambience in an old train car, and friendly and helpful staff.

There was a decent wait to get seating which we were asked to do in our vehicle and they sent us a text when our table was coming up, but it was dinner on a Saturday so that's to be expected, especially with covid measures in place. Staff wore masks and seats were well separated from others.

I had the seafood Alfredo with caesar salad and it was amazing. Also shared an appetizer of mozza triangles with dill sauce. I might just get the appetizer twice over next time, it was that delicious, even though my actual meal was really good. And of course, as much crispy-crust-but-soft-inside bread as we wanted.

The food was excellent and tasty. But there was a few problems. My husband, my parents and myself went for supper on Saturday end of August. The server was very poor. There was a Crack beer glass, appetizers didn't show up, my husband didn't get his second beer and his steak wasn't cooked what he wanted. We never complained about restaurants serves. This was poor service. I'm not sure we will be back again. We weren't very pleased.

Food and service was great. Nice atmosphere as we were seated in old passenger rail cars. Would return again when in town. Nice dining experience.

Great place. Was there on a busy night. 10 min wait to get in. But it did not affect the serving time. Wells staffed. The server we had was awesome! Great menu and good portioning.

A surprisingly good experience, despite a few negatives. Along those were the fact that one server had all the tables and was running off her feet. She was a very capable server but unable to provide adequate service. The sticker shock came as the result of being nickel and dimed on everything - sure, we left full, but the upvharhes are not mentioned or obvious on the menu. Portions are not large.

The food itself, however, was tastier than I remember and the coffee was dark and strong. So, maybe they were short staffed.if that was the case, I get it. If that's how things normally are, then it's a two star review.

Good pasta place even if the menu seemed a bit light on options. The staff was friendly and quick and the food was served hot.

Beautiful restaurant, with great food at a great price. Servers were attentive and friendly making sure we had a great experience.

The bottle of sanitizer in the intrance is empty. No soap in the ladies room. Food was like reheated.

Service was too slow for us. We were just under 2 and a half hours for our meal with a table of 7 and 3 of those were kids under 9. Food was okay, service was friendly and atmosphere nice.

I LOVE the OSF, but I was disappointed visiting the location here in Saskatoon. I was greeted by greasy handprints on my window, and felt the cleaning was inadequate. I ordered a lunch lasagna and when I poked my finger in the center, it was warm but definitely not hot: (. Service was great.

Angela was amazing. She was prompt, friendly, and exceptional. The food was great, salad, bread, meal, and desert all included is a great model.

Very popular, overrun by noon. Too much lettuce in their salads. French onion soup, tasteless, replaced. Servers personable, willing to correct. The ornate bar area, stained glass, shiny wood, beautiful. Since they are deluged with curious people, their kitchen will need to emphasize quality.

I like the fact that most items on menu come with tea or coffee, starter salad or soup main course and the yummy pistachio ice cream! The staff are nice, our waitress was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable

Very good food. Service.would suggest grating your cheese for French onion soup.it was one big blob of mozzarella cheese that i couldn't chew.otherwise. Awesome

We had a 45 minute wait to get in. Were pleasantly served hot warm bread immediately after being seated. Excellent organized staff. Food was excellent.

This is a busy, bustling place. Having said that, the waiting was not too bad. The fresh bread is fantastic, served with butter and garlic butter. You order and your portion is not over whelming or overly generous. Enough with bread and drink to be satisfied. I had chicken Alfredo with mushroom and mascarpone cheese ravioli. Would absolutely order it again. My partner had the spicy spaghetti and found it spicy. I didn't find it quite as dramatic but I will often "liven up" mac and cheese with a quarter cup of Frank's. So for the average person it is a pretty good taste ride. The whole place is a great ride with the Pullman cars to dine in. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommended.

Food was 5/5 but the staff felt very new and untrained. They seemed to be doing their best but the experience might be better in the future. I would still reccomend eating here. Food was great and prices fair.

We loved our meal here today. Their meals are all inclusive - sort of. All entrees come with a crusty loaf of bread for the table, choice of soup or salad, coffee or tea, and ice cream for dessert. The kids meals were a decent size. We'll come here again.

The food was good, though the baked onion soup was salty. I was a bit annoyed when our server plunked our lunch on the table before we had a chance to finish the soup. The service, otherwise, was good. They're just getting started so I'm willing to let it go. If you've been to the Spaghetti Factory before, you'll enjoy this one too
