Lots of different equipment to rent and good bundles of cheap gloves to buy for a good price. They also sell really good gloves aswell. Staff is very nice aswell

Efficient & helpful from the front desk to the team who provided basic instruction on the equipment use & care and loaded my truck.

I came in to purchase a chain saw. A lady helped me, I did not catch her name but she was very knowledgable and helpful. She upsold me on a few items which was okay never felt pressured to buy the extras. Great purchase experience looking forward to trying out the new saw.

Went in to look at a chainsaw that wasn't in stock, salesperson told me I had to purchase the saw having never seen or held one before they would order it in. I asked if the satisfaction guarantee still applied and the 2 guys said well we don't usually stock this saw. A pretty vague answer so really am leaning towards Husqvarna.

Great service, reasonable prices. I use them as a place to repair Stihl small engine tools. Unbelievable rental inventory. Locally owned and you feel the passion in their love of their job - good recommendations and knowledge.

Quick and friendly service with competitive prices. Only reason its not 5 star is because the lift i picked up had the hood latch so far out of adjustment that it didn't close properly.

I've had good experiences with the Rent-it-store. Had a problem with a trencher that they promptly helped out with. I've rented their utility trailers as well, which are good value.
