I have to say the staff is AMAZING. Over the past few years we have gone in for a few things and the staff always always ALWAYS listens to what we are looking for, works with us and makes sure we come away happy. Odessa and Patrick are always friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help out both the customer and the newer members of staff. Today they, along with Dimple, helped us find a new phone. Dimple listened to everything my husband was looking for and set him up with the perfect phone for him. Odessa made sure we had everything set just the way we wanted it. Patrick helped with a case (and entertaining the kids!). They didn't even complain when we noticed we had kept them late. There is another lady who works there (who's name I cannot remember) who is also just AMAZING. The staff is TRULY amazing and so deserving of five stars!

Odessa is absolutely amazing and went completely out of her way to help my boyfriend switch his plan over and find a new phone in a short amount of time. We live in another province now but I would gladly wait to come back just so I can deal with her over anyone else! Whatever she's getting paid, it isn't enough! Best experience we've had related to phone providers and least stressful!

Taylor went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience - definitely recommend stopping in to see them when you’re in the market for a new phone/package.

They are pleasant and helpful, but a little light on inventory. I imagine it's tough to do in a smaller town and in these times.

One of the staff needs to educate themselves about the products they offer. Sometimes the customers are better informed than the staff realizes. Arguing with a customer is never a good idea.

The employees are awesome and incredible! Randy, Patrick & Odessa were very helpful. My phone is broken, I am with Sasktel and I was in the store yesterday, so patient and answered all my questions. Today I got a phone with Bell, love their unlimited data plan (cheaper) and the people working in this store knew how to do the job accordingly and were very pleasant to deal with.

I upgraded my phone with ease.they answered all my questions, gave me the best deal I could have for my own budget.
