Meet Was incredibly helpful, I had no idea how to do things where my phone was concerned and he showed me a way to manage bills, was instrumental in me getting new earphones, and just a polite, knowledgeable young man. I will definitely come back to The Source and that is mostly because of Meet.

Took my senior mother to The Source in the Frontier mall in North Battleford because she wanted a new cell phone. Connor assisted her to chose a phone. Then he set it up and transferred her data. We left happy customers.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I normally get a little stressed when it comes cellular plans but these guys know their stuff and at the same time know how to dummy it down for me without making me feel like a dummy. They listened to my needs and set up a flexible plan that ideally suits my needs at reasonable price.

Our experience with the Source was very gentle and patient. We were looking for a case and received much more.

Just switched from sasktel to bell at the source. Great customer service, Asif is very knowledgeable and professional. Got such a better deal here than I have been getting. I recommend them to anyone and look forward to dealing with them in the future!

I was on an old prepaid phone plan and I wanted a new phone and a new plan. The rest of my family all got new phones here, and they signed up for a family plan, so I was able to join it and get a sweet deal on the plan and a bunch of store credit on top of it. The process was super easy, we just walked in, asked for the phone we wanted, chose the plan, and they handled the rest.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. After speaking with Asif, he took care of our concerns.

The website says open at 930am they say they open at 10am. Change your website or open ontime. When confronted the employee he didn't care and said a few more minutes. I have appointments and you just lost a sale on a printer. Off to staples I guess.

Was sold insurance on my phone and told it was for on the spot replacement. When brought phone in for replacement was told they had to send it out for repairs. I wouldn't have payed 183 dollars for insurance to get a 100 dollar screen repair.

Each time I've stopped in, I've been approached by Friendly staff. They've helped me with merchandise questions or assisted with my services.
