I wont even give 1star. There servcie are not up to the mark. I bought an earphones Recently And it was not working properly and went to return it and the employee was not ready to take back as their policy says once box are opened they won’t take it back and the employee were very rude and he wants me to leave as soon as possible and was not readying go continue the conversation.

I generally always deal with the same person when I upgrade my phone and it is the best experience I have had with a rep in Moose Jaw every time. Tanvee knows her stuff and can generally get through the process quicker and easier than reps I've dealt with at the Bell kiosk or Walmart and is always happy and helpful.

The customer service was amazing, the employees are awesome, Tanvee is exceptional, she is very thorough, looks over every detail, I highly recommend her.
