I bought couple of phones and connections, but I did not like the services of the staff and behavior. They charged to me saying connection charges and gave few accessories and later on when I received connection bills they denied for charges against connection and said they were for accessories. Even they kept me waiting for 3 to 4 hours for just 2 connections and phone. Very Very disappointing.

Super informative staff, I went in there with not a clue and I came out with no products however they do price match which really intrigued me. And they're phone deals are impeccable compared to telus for example.

Always has the basic tech necessities but if you're looking for something super specific, you're better off ordering online. But I guess that's just the way physical stores are nowadays.

Still surprised that the Source is in business. Everything is overpriced and I rarely see anyone buy anything from here. I go there only to look at models which I buy from Amazon for half the price.

Absolutely awful service received here. They lied about the return policy which left me out a couple hundred dollars on equipment they had said would all be compatible with each other. Never go here for your own sake.

Wouldn't price match a gaming mouse because the difference was too much. The excuse that gave was it their mouse was a newer model of mouse than advertised. It wasn't. The reason it was such a big difference in price was best buy realizes two year old mice drop in price when a newer model comes out.

Happy Wheels game on 88kgames is a horror game. You should consider when you want to play this game.

SOURCE - Midtown Staff was good and friendly (This review was not for staff, This review rated only for the Mobile Service Team).

Phone repair section updates are very poor and there is no communication.

For one phone repair - screen change and rear cover change and camera issues, they took 34 days and no updates in between these 34 days. I called every week for an update and they do not have any ticketing system so no need to answer.
Unfortunately they did not repaired completely, Camera was not working, gave back again to repair.not sure when this will be returned and how many times I need to call them to get an update.

Background: -
Initially while purchasing the phone in December 2017, SOURCE team said, if anything happens we will replace the phone and while replacing the phone we will offer temporary phone for use and they took 200$ for each new phone (I purchased 2 phones from them).
In 2019 this policy seems changed, so I did not got any standby phone. My Bad.

I would highly recommend not to purchase any Mobile phones in Source and please do not purchase extra insurance - 200$ it's waste of money.

Mobile company will give support for 1 year, so still why we need an extra support, Unnecessarily we are giving money to SOURCE.
Please think before purchasing.
