Bought a pair of jbl endurance headphones got a warranty on it worker told me if I lost it got stolen or it broke I can go back and get a new pair for free apparently that worker does not know what he is talking about that was the whole point of buying that warranty went back to go get my free pair to get told I was lied to basically don’t buy warranty’s from there they will lie to you and tell you false stuff about there warranty’s

Himanshu Shah is very helpful and very knowledgeable for phone and Bell plans
He is friendly and good especially for service and help regarding everything.
I would definitely recommend my family anf for friends.

Our experience with the Source has been unbelievable - I recommend any Senior that has purchased a cell phone, it is acceptable to confront these gentlemen with any kind of questions or help.

Went back to switch another line from Sasktel and once again we were met with phenomenal customer service. Tristan was really great, polite and articulate. Nik showed great leadership skills and a clear knowledges of the stores policy’s and systems.

Tristan and Calem were super helpful and relatable, all I went in for was a charging cable but they still treated me as if I came in to make a large purchase, and took their time to make sure I had everything I needed. I also asked about their hard drives and printers and they were very knowledgeable about their products and gave me all the information I needed! They let me know about good offers on their phones as well, and if I wasn't on a new contract I definitely would have upgraded through them for the service alone. Will definitely come come back!

Nick was very helpful setting up my new iPad. He was so patient and thoughtful getting it all organized for me. I really appreciated his excellent service.

Meghan, Tristan & Calum are super friendly & very knowledgeable about what they’re selling. I am not tech savvy & they helped me not only understand what I needed, but were very kind about it. Definitely will be going back when I need anything tech related

After searching in Saskatoon, we decided to stop at this little store in Warman and are so glad we did. Calen provided excellent service and answered all questions. His knowledge level was exceptional, as was his attention to us! We have found our preferred store!

Tristin and Calem help me get a new iPhone for my son and it was quite the process to get him switched over but these two were amazing and efficient with it all. I would definitely recommend and will be back whenever I need anything

Lexi is a charm! I live in the city and would rather drive out here to get the best service! I came into the store yesterday and she was working three tills and did a fantastic job! Super helpful and explains things full and clear. Definitely makes a huge difference in the customer service industry. Thank you Lexi for helping me out! She deserves a raise!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, stay away from this store if you can. I purchased a pair of Sony earbuds from this location, opened them outside and they were not working, I went back into the store within 5 minutes to do an exchange for a working pair. The employee told me he had to check with his manager before doing an exchange at which point he then notified me that the store policy does not allow for exchanges or returns on headphones. I asked to speak with the manager about this and he told me she was not in and he could not tell me when she would be in to discuss this. I’m now left with a pair of headphones that don’t work and have been told to go call Sony about it. I ended up contacting the customer care centre and the employee there reiterated the same thing the manager did, I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was able to get in contact with the customer care supervisor who called the store and told them to make the exchange, he also sent out a 10 dollar gift card for the time and trouble. This all took over an hour and is not something you should have to go through to exchange a faulty product minutes after purchase.

Speed and friendliness of service was great. Knowledge of product very helpful in helping me decide.

Went here with my daughter after sasktel did her so WRONG! The two gentlemen working were amazing! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy we came here. I will definitely be doing a lot more business at this location.

I went here to get a new phone plan after wa ting a better plan then sasktel offered. There were two young men there working. They were exceptionally helpful, they helped me get a plan set up AND showed me how to use the bell app correctly. They also both helped find a plan for the best deal I could get with them. I highly recommend going here if Sasktel is not or you.

Lexi was very helpful today! She was very professional and set up our new iPhone account after a very frustrating call Center with Bell. She was great!

The lady worker was very rude to the older gentleman ahead of me in line and talked down to him the entire transaction. I was dealing with the male working (who was very nice). She then got involved with our transaction and again was short with me and rude. I guess I will be driving to saskatoon in the future.
