The UPS Store

Bad experience made a simple phone call to talk to them about a pkg and no help. This is what you get when you deal with a 3rd class delivery service. UPS and this this UPS location will never see my business. I'm sure the employee's are the ones leaving them glowing reviews. Beware!

I would give this 6 stars if I could. I went into the store to find a box to put my stuff in and then I saw him, Mr Tam! He helped me find a box and even showed me how to fold the box myself and add stuffing quickly. I'm glad that he spent the time showing me how to do it so that I can pack things myself, I wasn't even aware of half the techniques that he taught me. I'll be sure to come back here all the time. Thank you Tam!

Had a package shipped from Ontario to Sask. Then a company called GLOBALEXPRESS SHIPPERS HIGHJACKET MY PARCEL FOR RANSOM. AND UPS DID NOTHING TO HELP

Terrible service. Rather than to give tough looks and arrogant behaviour, you should be patient to customers.

We had an Amazon return to drop off. Was smooth. The parking lot is not for full sized SUV's or big pick up trucks. So, inside the store is great, but parking sucks for the big boys.

Utterly useless could not help me get my package, they are _LOSELEY_ affiliated with UPS do not use UPS it is a horrible company and not at all customer centric, it is like Canada post but dumber

The driver just left a sticker without even kbocking or ringing the doorbell. Bad delivery service.

It cost me 66 to ship a box of shoes to Ontario; with the same package, Canada post only charges 28.

UPS is more expensive in any aspect, it cost 7 to add a signature requirement, but it only cost 2 at Canada post.

Unfortunately, the service of Canada post is also better and more friendly

Dropped off a box with a prepaid label and asked for a piece of tape to seal the box, and they charged me for a Piece of tape. I’ll never go back. Avoid this place. Lots of other options

Very helpful! I had a report to be bound at the last minute, as in I had to leave for a flight within two hours, they were able and willing to accommodate. Staples said they were 'backed up. ' UPS had it ready for me within 20 minutes. Thank you again!
