Outstanding service! I felt so taken care of since the package I needed to ship was a high value item, and I did not have the most ideal boxes. Not a problem here! They repackaged my item properly, sealed it, and ensured everything was perfect for US customs and import forms. A+

I've gone there multiple times over the past weeks; for shredding services, to ship many packages from Saskatoon to both Arizona and California, and to purchase shipping supplies.
On every occasion, the staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. All of my questions were answered completely and clearly.
One time, I arrived a few minutes before the store officially opened. When Paul (the owner) saw me, he unlocked the door and helped me get my package shipped.

There is some paperwork involved in items shipped internationally, and each time, it was completed quickly and without error. UPS Tracking information is updated regularly, and these packages were no exception. All packages arrived to their destinations in the time that had been quoted to me.
The boxes that I purchased from the UPS Store (21st Street East) were reasonably priced.
Shredding documents is surprisingly inexpensive. If I had known that earlier, I would have cleaned out my file cabinet long ago.

In addition, parking on 21st Street East was easy. Although it is paid parking (50 cents for 15 minutes), I was able to park right out front every time.

Paul, the graphic designer so easy to work with. His professional advise made sense. Highly recommend the store for all your small to medium business printing needs. I am so happy to work with UPS store in downtown. Such a friendly staff. Will come back, absolutely!

Had to ship two 5' * 16" framed photos from Saskatoon to Toronto. I had them do all packing and shipping and Paul and Lily were extremely helpful in coming up with a solution. Pictures arrived in perfect shape and on time. I highly recommend them!

I was out of province and had to arrange a shipment that required a physical pickup at a storage location. Lily and Paul not only went above and beyond in helping me with my abnormal shipping request, but were kind enough to provide detailed instructions and assistance with the process every step of the way. The service has been impeccable, and the quality of customer service goes well above and beyond. The high level of professionalism and customer-oriented care that I saw in my experience with them reflects not just well on the store itself, but on the entire UPS organisation as a whole. It was a pleasure to do business with this location and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of printing and shipping services.

Was watching for delivery of a package. I was not home and the truck flagged the package would go to this location. It was Friday before the long weekend. I called this location and asked if they would get it that day for pick up. They told me I had to call UPS customer support and have the truck deliver it to them that day. They wanted to customer to track down the package, not a good start. Also, why doesn't the truck drop off the packages at the drop off point at the end of the route. I called UPS customer support, was told there was a 6 minute wait and could get a call back, which I took. The call back did not come. This was about 2: 30PM. I called them later in the afternoon. UPS customer support said I could pick up the package the next day. I went to this location Saturday morning. They said they did not have the package and nothing else. So far no help from this location. As I was leaving I said a bad word in frustration. Then they showed some initiative, to be bossy about language. Tuesday after the long weekend, I was watching for delivery to this location. By later in the afternoon it was still in transit. I called UPS customer support. The package was going to spend a few days travelling around on the truck. I asked them to drop it off at a different (closer) drop off point and they said it would be there Wednesday by noon. This is yet another failure of UPS and this UPS store. When I cam in, they should have offered to have the parcel dropped off the next business day instead of having it ride around on the truck. Wednesday and I am monitoring for the drop off. It does finally get made, but not at the location UPS customer support had said it would be dropped off it.

UPS as a large company was really bad at delivering packages in a timely manner. This location showed no interest in assisting get a package delivered.
