Giving 3 stars as there was some trouble setting up my phone plan. I will explain: Yuvraj had set me up on a phone plan that sounded amazing, then gave me bonuses which did not actually exist (at the time I was unaware). Sasktel then “took away” those bonuses, since they were actually invalid. This happened after I had already agreed and paid. Also to add that I bought 2 SIM cards from him, and 1 of them did not work. BUT i will happily give 5 stars to Nick! He went above and beyond to help me fix my phone plan, fix my SIM card, answered all of my questions, and was very transparent about all the details and issues that had occurred. I definitely recommend Nick if you are looking to upgrade or need any help in general!

This place has the worst wifi of all time, I needed to move cash from my savings to chequings account and actually ended up needing to come back after finding stronger wifi… I can’t imagine how the employees handle it on a daily operations basis

I am very happy with the service I got with Stacy Hnatuk. I have had him help me several times in the past and now will only have him help me or buy a phone from him. He is the most knowledgeable and courteous salesman/manager I have had up to date. Was a great experience.

David helped me out with getting a new phone. Didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want. Quickly got my new iPhone up and running. Was very helpful and efficient.

Called around the city asking who had the new iPhone in stock. These guys said yup we do, get here before 5pm close. Drive an hour to get there, once im there wait for the guy on the phone for 45 minutes.only to be told "sorry we cant sell you the phone today. "

Waste of time. Shop elsewhere.

5 stars. Store has clear Covid-19 signage and instructions outside, and allowed 2 people inside at once. As I waited, I observed employees inside patiently and cheerfully help other customers answer questions about their wireless bill. I upgraded my mobile, and Simon was knowledgeable and informed, able to answer all of my technical questions, and was very helpful selecting phone accessories that would be compatable with my new phone.
I recommend this Wireless Age location for their 5/5 customer service.

Hello "The Wireless Age" Company, my name is Paul Trujillo Jacome. When Simon disappeared in USASK Shopping, my family and I were unfortunate. We lost an excellent IT adviser. However, he was more than a Manager and IT Adviser. I started as a client of Wireless Age in 2015, when I bought two new phones for my wife and me. Early 2019 we missed Simon at the University Shop! We found him in Market Mall a few weeks ago, so we come to buy a new iPhone. He is the best manager that we met. Simon was our Angel! Thank you for your kindness and friendship!
