If I could give 10 ️ I would! Taylor was so helpful from start to finish. I was super indecisive and Taylor helped me choose the right phone for my needs & helped me get on the right plan to save a couple bucks! I can see why Taylor had a line up of people waiting to see her. Her customer service is phenomenal!

The only place we shop for phones. They have been very helpful with getting us into beginner phone plans for the kids, getting us what we need and not trying to up-sell us!
Sara-Lynn Soke's knowledge of the Employee Purchase Program has been a lifesaver; all set up and I've never even have to make a trip into Yorkton.

The 2 young men who helped me, made cell phone shopping a breeze for me. Especially since I mostly dread it! Neither one was pushy, they were very informative, answered all my questions clearly, and both so patient. Definitely worth shopping at this location if you’re looking for a positive “feel good”customer experience.

I went in to upgrade to a newer phone and was SO happy with the service here. Kobe is amazing, knew all the features and differences between the options I was considering and demonstrated some stuff with them too. I was on the fence about which phone to choose but came out of the store extremely happy with my decision. Definitely gonna go back next time it's time for a change!

Went in to get my daughter a phone and dealt with Kobe Grayson. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly, and would recommend him to friends or family going in to purchase or if have any questions. Very helpful and made it soo easy to do.

I was at sasktel today for a new phone upgrade. The staff. Sara-Lynn and Taylor were top notch getting me set up and transferring everything over from old to new. Highly recommend these girls for all your phone needs!

Top notch Service at the Yorkton Store. Was in purchasing a cellular device for a family member, a new phone after about 5 years. An We all know how that usually goes. But With the Team of Sara-Lynn & Justin, it made the switch non stressful. These two were Very Knowledgeable about device specs, pricing and recommendations. It was such an fast and easy upgrade. Highly recommend these two for any of your cellular needs! Very happy Customer.

Taylor at the Wireless Age went so above and beyond what I required that I'm embarrassed I've been working with anyone else prior to this. She advised on the differences between phone models, explained (and re-explained) how the contract and billable works, and even found the phone color my wife wanted. You would be foolhardy to go anywhere else for your mobile phone needs

My Mom had a stroke on Saturday March 21st at a nursing home in Melville Saskatchewan. I live out of province and due to COVID-19 I was denied visitation rights for end of life / compassionate reasons.
Wednesday March 25th I called The Wireless Age in Yorkton as soon as they opened at 11 am. I spoke with Sara Anderson. I was frantic to get her to set me up with an iPad and case so that a local courier company could pick it up from her store at 11: 30 that morning to get it in their daily courier run to Melville. Sara was very gracious to me. She listened. Sara explained that there was no way she could get the iPad set up and installed with the data plan in less than 30 minutes. When I began to panic, she calmly responded with the best plan ever. “ I will drive it to Melville for you and personally deliver it to the front door of the nursing home”. Amazing! Sara took all of my information and created the data plan and billing for me while Taylor, her colleague, set up the iPad. They did not have an iPad case that would fit this model so I purchased one from Staples. Sara then drove to Staples, picked up the case, placed the IPad in the case and drove it to the front door of the nursing home ready to plug and play. She gave me her personal cell number so we could keep in contact and by 1: 30 pm I had the opportunity to FaceTime with my Mom. Words cannot express how precious those iPad FaceTime moments were for my family and I. Although we could not physically be there with Mom, we were able to have her see us and hear us to some degree. We were able to advocate for better care and attention and sadly we were able to be in her presence, although not physically with her, for the last 30 minutes of her time on earth as she passed away Monday evening, March 30th. Sara.well “she deserves a medal“ as my brother in law said. A simple thank you seems highly inadequate. There are many heroes during this pandemic, and Sara is one of them. She is “My” hero. Matthew at the Yorkton location was awesome! Super efficient and friendly he explained everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend for your cell phone needs. Was in and out with a new phone in 15 minutes!
