I took my mom to upgrade her phone. Jesse Biccum was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable, patient and very easy to understand. The iPhone my mom wanted was at a different store so he offered to get it sent there in a timely manner while we left to shop. While we were shopping he offered to update the phone while we were still doing our running around! So during pick up it was much faster to get out as we live out of town which was a huge help for us. We will continue to support this location as long as he is there.
