I called in advance to see if they had the phone i was looking, IPhone 14 Pro max, since i would be driving about an hour to go get it. They said they had the phone i wanted with the storage i was looking for, 256 gb. I ask them to hold it until i get there, I get there and all they had was an IPhone 14 with 128gb. I drove all the way here because they “heard me wrong”. I am very annoyed, very frustrated, and I honestly waisted my time and gas. I was very specific with what I was asking for, yet they didn’t listen.

Amazing cellular shop and accessories. Was looking for a last minute Christmas gift of a 3-in-1 Wireless charging dock for an iPhone, Apple Watch and Airpods and they had exactly what I needed at a great price. Compact shop is a clean, bright, well laid-out space with friendly responsive staff. The parking is a little constrained, but easy to get in and out of with all snow removed. Winter accessibility is typical for Saskatoon with some snow to fight. Well trained staff familiar with a good selection of stock. Careful handling of clients during pandemic is a plus.

The most positive experience I’ve ever had at a Sasktel related business.wow. Chris helped me out and he was absolutely wonderful the entire time. I was having a hard time finding the phone I wanted in the city and he made sure to hold the seemingly only iPhone 11 128gb for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and how I was setting up my new phone. I don’t normally write reviews but this was very deserved as I usually have the worst customer service experiences with cell phone related situations.thanks again Chris!

Don't bother going here if you have an issue. They will just tell you to call sasktel rather than sort things out. The humboldt location ended up straightening everything out. The manager and worker were nice, but they weren't very helpful. Save your gas, go somewhere else.
