Coming to Thee Lingerie Shop was an amazing experience. I had never been in before. I was served by Antonella and the service was extraordinary. She sized me perfectly and provided several options for me to try on. The experience was fun, relaxing and uplifting! 10/10 recommend!

All the employees are friendly and helpful. Helped me to find the perfect swim top for me this summer. Lots of care and professionalism when it comes to making sure you have the right fit. I walked out feeling confident and beautiful and worry free.

I had my first TLS experience over the weekend and it was nothing short of lovely. I came in knowing what bra I was looking for, but unsure of sizing. Antonella was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding my correct size and recommending another style of bra that would work well for me.
The store is clean and well organized,
It is expensive, but you can tell you are paying for great quality products and great customer service.

Charlene is outstanding in her knowledge and experience with fittings and products. She makes what can sometimes be an uncomfortable or vulnerable experience anything but! She is also incredibly patient. I tried on a LOT of options!
I was also very pleased that the store carries a good variety of bra sizes and styles for larger bodies, and that the pricing is reasonable. Customer for life.

My 1st visit was between Christmas and New Years 2022, return visit was March 16,2023.
We all know the importance of a proper fitting bra.to me; the overall experience in purchasing intimate wear should be a positive experience.
On my initial visit, I met Antonelle. A lovely lady that made me feel so comfortable. She asked about my preferences, made great suggestions - she truly made me feel beautiful. The garment I bought is without question; the prettiest and supportive bra I own.
Yesterday, I stopped in over lunch to see if I could get a lighter colored bra for the spring season. On this visit I met Val who assisted me in finding the perfect fit and a piece that will look great under a light fabric or t-shirt. The customer card that was started on my first visit not only had my sizing information, but included my previous purchases and garments I tried that didn't quite work for me. This was really helpful!
Bottom line; the team at Thee Lingerie Shoppe are professional, kind and you can tell these ladies absolutely LOVE what they do and take pride in helping you find your perfect fit an a comfortable environment.
They offer beautiful and practical intimates for all occasions, sleep wear, swimwear and for me - the most important element; the BEST customer experience!

The atmosphere when coming in was very welcoming, and friendly! Val was amazing to work with, and found the correct sizing of bra for me within minutes- I have never been sized properly before until now! This is the only place I’ll be purchasing bras from!

My first time going to Thee Lingerie Shoppe I went in without booking an appointment first. I didn't know my sizing/measurements, or have any experience with the brands TLS carries, but the staff were super kind to me. While they were with other clients who had booked an appointment for bra fittings, they didn't turn me away or make me feel like I was an inconvenience; I was assured I'd be seen quite quickly and they could help me.
I decided for my own preference to just have a peek around the shop to get a lay out and feel for what items they carried (which is quite a lot - from bras and panties, to swimsuits and pajamas!), then booked an appointment for the following weekend. Booking online was very easy, and the website was user-friendly.
When I returned, I was greeted as if I was a return customer; everyone was very kind and friendly. The lady I worked with (and my apologies, as I misplaced her card and have a terrible memory for names) was very kind and patient with me. I explained what I was looking for, and the bras I had my eye on - and she never made a point to try and change my mind or steer me to something else; she made great suggestions and predictions on what she believed I'd like/feel comfortable in. She made sure I was comfortable while getting fitted, and respected all my boundaries. She was extremely knowledgeable, and really made me feel listened to in my concerns on the fit.
I'm super happy with the two bras I purchased, and can't wait to go back for a new swimsuit!
If you're an individual who's uncomfortable and tired of flimsy bras, with poor support and limited sizing options, I highly recommend checking out TLS. It's definitely worth it!
