Mark came highly recommended to me by friends and family and for good reason. His reports are very professional and clear to interpret. You can tell he is very thorough and there is no cutting corners with him. I wasn’t able to meet Mark the day of the inspection but he took all the time needed (roughly 30 min!) to go over it by phone and answered all the questions I had and even had advice on how to proceed with any of the issues on how to repair. His electrical inspection led to the sellers having wiring updated and allowed for me to have much more option for home
Insurance. Mark even returned at a later date to complete the garage as attic access we not possible at the time, most inspectors would of just said unable to perform and moved on. I had to really push back with hiring Mark but I can rest easy at night knowing he performed my inspection.
