Had Led lights put in a dodge 2013, turned out great I called the end of the the day, and they were able to get it done the next day within a couple hours of drop off. Great polite and knowledgable staff that answered a number of questions.

Store called back, they are able to track old receipts which is great!

Over the years have bought a number of products from Tiger including buy/install a truck cap (great experience!). A Thule Hullavator kayak rack I bought 6 years ago recently failed and Tiger looked after warranty replacement quickly and efficiently. It’s easy to give great reviews when everything is working properly and no problems; the real test of a company comes when something goes wrong. Tiger passed with flying colours and really impressed me. I love dealing with a company that stands behind their products and services. We’ll done!

Tons of specialty items. If they don’t have it they can get it in and install.
Troy and Spencer are very knowledgeable and take very good care of me every time.

Horrible place, customer service has no knowledge of vehicles and contradicts email content from their own team and would rather offer parts not compatible with my vehicle.

Pretty over priced for most parts but the convenience of having it the same day is good if you're impatient.

I was in yesterday picking up a part for my husband and was waiting patiently in line at the checkout counter for my turn to be served and instead of calling me over he called out a guy behind me who was just coming up to the line to see if he could help him. Not a fan of being looked over for service. I get that the main clientele maybe men but it makes me less inclined to come in again.

Dealt with Troy on a product replacement for LED bulbs and decoder set, absolutely great to deal with, zero questions, and also shipped to my new house in Ontario, all I paid for was some freight charges, which were minimal vs new bulbs. Thanks again for the great service Troy and Tiger Automotive. Definitely will do business with you again.

Been there on more than one occasion for command start fobs. Always try and sell you a complete new unit even with Nothing wrong with current one. Just need a 70 $ fob not a 650 dollar new system. They also said it was an astrostart and it is a viper.
Money hungry. Last tine going there.

Good help prices not so much if they have to order it in just go online yourself you will save cash

Got a remote start installed here a few years ago. Went back due to battery dying and they said I needed a new battery. Got a new battery from them and still having issues and after taking it back two more times they just say that's' how remote starters are. Another year later my battery is dying again. So I replaced the battery again and 6 months later the battery is dying AGAIN. Took car to a different shop and they determine the remote start is killing the battery and have to spend hours disconnecting the thing completely. Recommend if you want to spend $800 on remote start plus $400 on extra batteries plus $400 for removal for a total of $1600 to have nothing.

The experience with the store was quite unusual. We wanted to buy extra fuel tank and install it right away, with plumbing to original tank of the truck. We booked the installation, confirming 5 times with Hunter if the connecting kit is in stock and there will be no problem with installing everything right away. We were assured that everything will be done, and all the necessary parts are in store. On the day of scheduled appointment it turned out that there is no connecting kit in stock and guys are not even sure if it exists for this particular tank. But huge thanks to Kyle and the manager of the store, who were able to resolve the issue within half an hour. They were able to contact the manufacturer right away, and find the substitute that they did have in stock. Very impressed by their willing to help. Also wanted to mention Shawn, who did his best to find the right tank for our needs. I wish all the employees of your store will be like Shawn and Kyle, knowledgeable and helpful

It's a good store and they have a lot of stuff but the fact that it's so expensive for 90% of the parts in there is the reason I won't give it a higher rating. Ordering through the main company, Grand West is the best idea but Tiger is just nuts.

My experience at this place is a MILLION STAR! This is how wonderful this place and the staff are. I came in today to reprogram my remote starter that stopped working all of a sudden. An awesome person named Kyle helped me by programing the remote right away, he was with me out side in this beautiful SK weather of -28 (feel like -39) for about 5 minutes doing his magic. I was not even charged, Kyle refused to accept any money and only asked that if I liked the service then he would be happy if I recommend Tiger Auto to others. I went to other places closer to my home and all of them requested an appointment or for me to drop the car at their location for the day. The level of service at Tiger Auto is outstanding and the staff are wonderful. I would recommend this place to each and every person on any given day period.thank you Kyle again!

Went to Tiger Automotive to get a quote for a remote car starter and they were super helpful in getting me options and quotes for the vehicle I drive. Pretty good pricing based on other places I checked. Took it in today, be advised that there shops don't book by times but a first come first serve basis but got it in early enough that the service was done quickly.
All and all a great experience, in the end, spend less than quoted due to a car starter already installed and just needed to upgrade a few things.
Dealt with Brad to get the options. If you need a car starter, visit Tiger for it.

My husband and I were very impressed with the great service we received when I needed my car stater repaired. The staff are really terrific to deal with!

Stuff was great same as the service they helped me get the right parts and help with installation info for best look and more.

I loved dealing with Brad, he was super down to earth, knowledgable, and I came in with my dog and was extremly nice to her! I bought my weathertech liners from him and although at first he got me the wrong ones, he didn't hesitate to run and correct It!

Stopped in for some fog lights and they have a good selection of lights but no prices on any of them so you have to go to the desk and look through a book while the guys search for what you want in this case the lights on display were discontinued so I settled for different ones prices were high after I paid the teller takes me outside and points to a building 3 or 400 hundred yards away and says i have to go over there to get my lights forget this place is my recommendation customer service wasn't anything special prices are high and you will likely have to go for a good long walk to get your stuff thought I'd spend locally but screw it shop online

The guys up front are great, very helpful and understand what you want, however the guys in the shop don't seem to respect your vehicle or take extra care when working on it

Guys were nice and some of the stuff they had to look at was pretty cool. They had a 68 Camaro on display when I visited.
