Tim Hortons

The outdoor seating has been plagued with wasps all summer long in 2023 as well as wasps due to the garbage not being emptied enough and inside building and on the donuts and employees were told about it and just ignored the wasps on the donuts. I was bit 2 times in less than 2 minutes while sitting outside, and next time I went there I got bit again while being outside. What would happen if someone would be deathly allergic and got bit.
All the store did about the wasp problem was putting up a couple of traps.

I bought2 farmers wraps both had next to no lettuce on it onit and not toppings on 1 half of both subs

Used to be my go to Tim’s until the two girls on the morning started they have no customer service at all very grumpy and don’t wanna be there they speak their own language when they should be greeting yiu and sometimes they won’t even use the second order screen in drive through having three people order in front of me this morning while I was waiting there and people kept pulling in the right lane and ordering even my three year old said what’s taking so long will not be supporting this Tim’s any longer I will drive to one of the north locations from here on out

Generic. Same ol same old. Staff was average. Average grasp of english. Very much just acceptable

I like the Tim Horton's recycling program. Sometimes there are communication errors with staff and they don't always stir your drink the best, and I don't know if they've changed the customer is always right policy since I used to be employed there, but when error free the food and drink is delicious. They do have a tip jar that is split amongst everyone every 3 months or so.maybe some gratuities would help improve some of the technical difficulties.

Itd be nice if the buttons worked to open doors, they've been informed of it at least twice now.this was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes before supper rush, waisted my time waiting for a dd that tasted like too much cream no sugar.
We go multiple times a day i never get a coffee that tastes the same.

Owners are hardly around equipment is older causing problems in drive through tills not working etc.
Need new owner who cares enough to keep equipment in good working order.

All 3 locations in swift current have similar issues,
Im gonna take my 3 coffees a day and my wifes 3 coffees back to McDonalds where it Atleast comes fast and i will actually get a dd almost every single time not a wrong coffee i dump down drain.

I love going here, they actually get my order right compared to several I've been to. They are always kind and most of them serve you with genuine smiles!

I got food poisening for the second time from there I'm sick of it won't ever order anything but drinks from now on

Tim Hortons always has fast and speedy service and I'm always amazed at how much food you can get for a low price

It was the dirtiest washroom I’ve ever seen in a tims I used to stop here all the time and it was spotless. The service was ok but very very confused staff.

They make the best tims drinks and food. I always have really good experience whenever i need a coffee or my favourite farmers biscuit. Thankyou guys keep up the good work

I go to this location at least 3-4 times a week today I ordered my usual large ice coffee very little ice and no cane sugar I got ice coffee lots of ice and very little milk when I questioned it the girl said that's how we make them. To top that off I tried using my points and she couldn't get that to work.

One of the few Tim Horton's on my way from Vancouver that doesn't have stale lemon-poppyseed cake.

I went to Tim's to have "coffee" with a friend. It was the same as I remember it and the same as the 3 other Tim Hortons in town.

Zero stars folks. I visited this location today for a rest stop passing through town. Walked in, waited at the counter well over 5 minutes with not a staff memeber in sight, go to used the bathrooms only to fimd them closed. ZERO STARS FOR ZERO SERVICE. I do not recommend supporting this business. If just passing by get your coffee in Moose Jaw. This Tims in Swift sucks.

Not impressed waited over 15 mins for 2 tea's and was late for my meeting because I was trapped in the drive thru. Someone should teach the employees that if there are large orders to be filled to instruct the customer to pull around the building and park and there large order will be brought out to them (Mc Donald's 101) rather then trapping people in the drive thru.
