Toilet really disgusting they have no paper I was stuck inside and it's was so embarrassing for me and when your done they have no soap to wash your hands so that's nice and if you have a baby don't come there to change him cause the tiny table for that is so much disgusting so yeah

I had a bad experience at this location and i was trying to be calm at one worker and he got mad at me and use none acceptable language towards and i wouldn't reccomend going to the location at vendista square location tim hortons and they have a rude worker there.if this is going to keep up and i am never going to this location.they maintain who they hire and someone that will treat others with respect and good costumer service.

This location is really great and the Employees are great but the only downside is the bathrooms are always breaking down this needs to be fixed immediately it needs to be dealt, bathrooms can't be break down I needed to use the washroom but I had to use a hotel on my way home from my walk that's unacceptable.

They need to put more attention to details and serve exactly what’s been ordered. Coffee didn’t taste good and doughnuts weren’t fresh either.

I love this Tims and I always come here On Sundays for my usual French Vanilla Coffee, the staff are amazing but the environment isn't really good. There's always some weird smell and the entrance is never clean. Like never. Other that that though, great place. I don't plan on stopping my visits either way.

I visited this location in the evening and didn’t feel safe and comfortable to sit and do my job. Left immediately after getting my coffee!

I walked past it. I still have not forgotten they refused Alberta oil companies from advertising instore.

My co worker went into the Tim Hortons & ordered his meal this morning and he was sent out. A tall man yelled at my friend and tried to send him out to leave for his skin colour. He did not say anything to anybody else. Only to the ones with skin colour and in the store at that moment. He was a caucasion, tall, bald headed. This occurred November 6th.

This is my first experience with Tim Hortons on 22nd Street and 4th Avenue that when I got my coffee from there that I could have drank it down all at once. It was barely luke warm. I WASN'T HAPPY!

Hope you like waiting for lengths of time in the morning. 1 person working both cash and making food and coffee at a downtown location in the mornings.

Terrible customer service! Just grab a cup coffee from this place, the lady who serve me really rude.looks like the whole world owe her money!

This Tims has the slowest service you can imagine. It takes me less time to walk to the office than than to get coffee at this place.

There was one staff member who was yelling at the others and then at me I demanded my money back and started to get upset with her. I asked to speak with manager she wouldn't let me. She also keep yelling and swearing in tagalog.lol silly silly woman. They make the rest of the building look bad.

Seriously understaffed during lunch hour. It is no fun to have half an hour consumed while waiting in a queue.

I stop by Tim Hortons almost every day before getting my bus to the job.
It has great service and the black coffee is really good. There are always promotions.
Also, It has washrooms.

Food was good but the customer service was not too great. Staff didn't paid much attention to customers and kept talking to each other.

This Tims has mobile ordering nailed, they are fast, friendly and accurate, not at all worth waiting in the lines when you can punch in the order and pay ahead of time, wander in, pick up and leave. Other times struggle with this concept but this one has got it down to a well organized system. They also almost always have the donut, roll, sandwich that you order rarely is there a shortage of baking at this location. Stick to here and avoid the slow one in TCU.

I go to this Tim Hortons frequently as it's super close to both my job and home. The customer service is 1/5 at best, they constantly ignore you at the till until you speak up and always seem to be defensive when it comes to correcting mistakes they've made and tend to be very dismissive.
The products are subpar. I've had burnt coffee from here and watered down ice capps. I also don't recommend getting food unless you have an extra 20 minuets for them you make said food.
The environment isn't to great either, it's has it's usual crowd of sketchy people of whom they do nothing about. I've been asked while at till for money or for food that I may have with me, and they do nothing.
Another important thing to note is that they are never open on time and always close there doors ridiculously early. At best 15 minuets, at worst I've seen an hour. With no sort of explanation.
Go here for the convenience of having a tims downtown. But don't expect it to be a good experience.
