Tim Hortons

Their food is a constant disappointment. I've attempted to eat there for the last time. Never again. The pictures they advertise are 100% false advertising with everything they serve. The price for the quality is corporate robbery at its finest.

This Tim Hortons is terrible. The coffee is always old and never hot. They don't add the sugar you ask for or stir your drink. Im afraid to order food because i got apple fritter donuts from there and the center was doughy and not baked. This place went downhill fast. I can't believe they're still open how bad the service and food is.

I was at this location 3 different times on. My trip once in the evening and 2 times during the day all last week while i was visiting the area

In 2 of the times me as well as others in line were not acknowledged in a reasonable time

This review is for Megha! Megha was working her night shift when I used the drive thru to purchase two Tim Quenchers around 10: 50pm. While trying to make the payment, through Google Wallet, it didn't work for some unknown reason. I felt bad. I was going to pick my wife after work and wanted to meet her with a drink. But Megha don't know that. Yet she had been really kind enough to hand over my order and asking to make the payment next day. Such kindness is really rare and felt good to receive it. Thank you Megha! You are a good human being. Will visit the store more often only for you.

Food is gross but coffee is ok and the apple fritters are doughey and not fully baked. Don't waste your money here. They only care about drive thru time and getting you out of line asap.

Why would they change the coffee beans, it always tastes like a freshly dumped bowl of diarrhea and the service is always slow now and has not improved over the past 11 months.

They changed their coffee again.it tastes burnt. Really, really burnt. I love timmies always have always will. It was the one place in yorkton that had good coffee. Now they don't.

Paid for my order and they forgot about it and made us wait 40 minutes before actually getting like really

I would give this place 0 stars but I cant do that so they get one. This place ran out of potato wedges, They forgot to cook my grilled cheese it was cold and uncooked LIKE YOUR DONE. They messed up my order gave me the wrong thing. Forgot cream for my coffee. Terrible service took a long time to get food. DONT RECCOMEND

Very very slow service at this location allow for a longer wait time. Very friendly service though.

Very disappointed. Just waited 25 min for a breakfast sandwich with a hash brown and a breakfast wrap. After ordering and paying, the cashier told us to go wait in the parking lot. 15 min later my husband went in to ask if our food was still coming or not and the girls in the kitchen started giggling and said it'll be ready in 2 min. 10 min later they gave him our food, he began to walk out and looked in the bag and they had forgotten the hashbrown so he had to go back and get it. We are a 2 min drive to this Tim Hortons but are now considering just going to McDonald's for our food and coffee. Horrible experience, not to mention we wanted to grap something "quick" before our 2 hr drive to see a relative in hospital.

This team should take a trip to Regina and teach the many terrible Tim Hortons there a thing or two about accuracy and customer service!

Bathrooms are always gross. They never get my order right. They never have decaf coffee and I ask after ordering to confirm it's decaf, they insist I didn't order decaf and they always tell me that it'll be a 5 minute wait for decaf, even at 9pm and when I did wait, it was more like 15 minutes. Once I asked for assorted donuts in the drive through, but no chocolate. They gave me only chocolate and insisted they had no other kinds. I went into the building to use the restroom, and they had every kind of donut - they were not out.

This place is a s**t show always. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, they pulled me up to wait, I waited ten minutes before being told they don’t have sausage, so I have to get bacon which I don’t want. Finally bring me my food and forget the hash browns. So I have to go inside and watch a circus of employees seemingly doing nothing. I get home to realize the sandwich is made wrong and disgusting. Awful awful service

So Please sir take care of it. Please sir answer it Sir please.

Waited in line at the drive through for about 5 minutes, only to get a completely wrong order and paid more than I should have. Second time this week.

I do not support and business asking for personal health information. That's to be between a doctor and patient. Mandates aren't laws and this is going to far!

Slow service inside. Drive-thru is a different ordeal every time.

Usually I don't say much about fast food places, I'm not a picky person whatsoever and usually take whatever is given to me without issue. I've had issues with this this Tim's about 6 times in a row now. Today (Aug. 6,21) we came through to get two drinks. We were the only one's in line at all, they got one of our drinks completely wrong after already kindly correcting them at the speaker. Then the younger lady brought the correct drink and spilled part of it all over my hand when she smashed it into my hand and closed the window. Not trying to be a "Karen" by any means, but the two younger girls that were working at 9: 00pm gave the worst customer service I've had in this town. Not trying to go on a rant, but it would be super awesome if they could pretend to like their job a little.

Staffs were not friendly at all. The service was too slow. There were not enough stocks on the shelf. The inside and outside of the store weren't clean. There was a lot of garbage on the floor. Most of the glass panels have smudges.

Hard for employee to understand our order. We had to repeat it 5 times. Food order exceeded what it was posted on sign at drive thru. She said when we pi ked up the order to pay that the price posted was the price when you scan the order. Who knew? Had to have the app. Always is a problem the very few times we order at Tim Hortons West Broadway in Yorkton.

I give this Tim Horton's 5 stars because it has 2 drive- thrus. It is very fast ordering and recieving your order at this location. I will often drive down to this Tim Horton's just because you ALWAYS get your drinks and food quicker.
It is also another level inside (if you are among those still dining in restaurants) with comfy seating and a fire place i believe (its been a while since I was in there) and very quick ordering.
For sure go here for coffee or whatever!

The slowest service I've ever received. One car ahead of me and I had to wait for 7-10 mins before I was told they r out of french vanilla. I mean, do I have to go north pole to get my half coffee half french vanilla!?
Please get them retrained, or please get new management.

20 minutes to get an ice capp in the drive thru. When I got to the window they didn't know what my order was.

The wait time wasn't exactly something you would see with most Tim's but the Jalapeno Bagel was great.

22 min to get a sandwich after it was ordered and paid for. Not good. Wasn't even busy. 7 people inside and maybe even less in the drive through.

Most staff are rude, they mess up my order frequently, and when I'm trying to study here, they loudly play indian music. I wouldnt mind the music if it was at an appropriate volume, but they play it so loud that I cant focus. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Really slow, so unorganized, it really makes Tim Hortons look bad.take this one off the map. Staff was rude and did not allow me to complete my sentence. This resulted in my food item being incorrect. Upon trying to explain I was cut off multiple times, loudly arguing that I did not specify my request correctly. Had they tried to listen instead of just rushing through the order.agirl looked like some kind of supervisor or manager answered me back very impatient and rude and just mumbled some words and when I asked her to speak a little bit louder she shouted.

Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and my food order was misplaced. After waiting 20 mins, I brought this to their attention. They apologized, made my order, and refunded my purchase. Mistakes happen, and they compensated me, respectively.

7 minutes before cashier acknowledgment. To buy a muffin. Then acts like shes doing you a favour when you ask for a butter pat. Horrible.

I went to this place looking for an alternative to McDonald's free trade laxative caffeine. I can say, without a doubt, that Tim Horton's free trade laxative caffeine is entirely on par with McDonald's.

Hate Tim Hortons, worst food and coffee you could ask for in our country. Service is awful and people handle your food with there bare hands.
