Tim Hortons

They have a man with very bad body odour handling the drive through. We pulled up to get our order and instead of our vehicle smelling like coffee we left with a very bad odour in our vehicle. Its disgusting. I can't believe they let him work smelling like that.

I go through with drive through and firstly she took my order verry rudely and I ordered midum chocolate creamy chill and midum rosted hazelnut cold brew and clearly mentioned that I need only 3 to 4 ice cube. When I got my order it's lots off ice cube and when I told to her about this she give me reply verry rudely and said you want it or not. It's really disgusting. And after some rudely conversation from here she gave me verry bad test of my cold brew coffee. I throw that in a garbage and west of money. Staff was really annoying and verry egoistic and verry negative attitude. I recommend that do not go at this north bettleford tim Horton.

9: 00 at night couldn't make a wrap because the grill was already shut down. Couldn't make a sandwich either.
I thought Tim Hortons was open 24 hours guess not had to go to Burger King.
Tim Hortons quality is certainly turned very American

I am a regular customer here for this location. The coffee they served me was not fresh so I asked the server to give me a fresh one. She brought me a second cup of coffee from a different pot but it was also not fresh. I ended up buying coffee from another store. I have observed they make a good profit if they dont drained the old coffee and keep serving the old one until someone complains. The advertisement of serving fresh coffee is just a wage slogan to sell their product.

Ordered breakfast here, and Bacon was far from cooked. Probably grilled to warm and off it goes to customers. Was disgusting! Hashbrowns were yummy though!

It's Tim Horton they are all the same just some has better service then others. That one has good service and boy the coffee were hot.

Excellent service, friendly staff and all the usual options for breakfast, lunch and dinner that you would expect from Tim Hortons. Everything from meals and snacks to desserts and drinks. Always recommend Tim Hortons!

Maybe it was to early, but the food wasn't as great as with other stores. It seems like the heating wasn't working as well.

Tim should start hiring people who has experience in bakery and someone who knows what they r doing. Coffee and tea always not upto sometimes feel water down or sometime it feels coffee burned. Adding sugar and cream different everytime. No one wants to start a day with burned bagels and a dead coffee

Don’t work here if you can’t understand English. Asked for a iced latte over and over again to get asked how many ice cubes I want and where I want them? Like uhhh I only want 2 and a half ice cubes please in my hand.

We arrived at approximately 8: 20 we were the only ones in the store the whole time. My girlfriend went to the washroom I waited at the till to order. She came out approximately 7 minutes later. This entire time no counter staff came and greeted us or served us. We were about to leave when Damian a young man who was busy mopping the floor went and got someone to serve us at the till. He was very polite with us and without him saying something we would have left. He was quick to jump in and help us unlike the others who ignored us.

Good access from the road. If you're traveling East on the Yellowhead you can't access it quickly.

They have good flow for social distancing.

One entrance to enter and another to exit. The restrooms were clean and they were equipped with those overly "LOUD" air dryers in a very confined space.

Ordered our lunch and there was seating available.

Messed up my order on drive-thru. They remade my sandwhich, which is great. The service was good. The efficiency though leaves something to be desired. I watched as 4 of the 7 staff on the floor work, while the other 3 stood around and talked. This was at 125 pm Apr. 10 2021. So Tim Hortons, the 6 foot rule (law) is not even trying to be obervered when the staff clump together to converse. I can understand working together, but they were actively even touching each other. No words. Touch.

Rude and snotty employees, went in for sandwich and drink and to use the washroom. And told us and a few other customers we had to wait 40 mins because it was being cleaned. And 5 mins later the girl who was cleaning walked out the door and left the sign up, so there was like 6 of us standing there waiting for how long.wont be going back there!

Food was okay, however not offered crackers for soup nor ketchup for my grilled cheese. These were not available at the.condiment counter.

Tim Hortons coffee is never consistent sometimes too much cream sometimes no sugar at all or too much sugar. It's west of money every day if you can't even enjoy your coffee you paid for.

Would have been able to order something to eat.
But didnt expect to wait so long at an empty tim hortons with 6 staff behind the counter.
1 car in drive thru, maybe they need to hire more staff since they're very busy with no customers

We received our order but we asked for ice it n a cup, but instead got ice water. Other wise it was ok.

First run in.asked order went to pay, order after payment was wrong even with proof of receipt. Made sure it was corrected. They then tossed the bag in vehicle and window closed. After arguing order was wrong with receipt proving other wise.

If you are just looking for coffee this is the place but if you are looking for anything else maybe try one of the other locations as this one doesn't restock very well.

Have been there multiple times. Overly busy, so cleanliness is an issue. Though the staff keep doing what they have to; but sometimes, despite best efforts do not bring the desired results, either.

Stopped after loading this morning and the place is locked up like grandmas underpants. With a door bell and instructions to order. Seriously not doing it. I'll go some where else that's better able to offer some form of service. Ridiculous.

Had the worste coffee ever from the lloydminster location, this location honoured the mistake and made me a fresh one for free and apologized

This Tim Hortons location is absolutely the most hideous place I have ever encountered in Canada bathrooms are absolutely disgusting the service is not they had 10 people working in there but absolutely no serving customers that is 10 employees working behind the counter I mean not stopping there again ever

Besides Tim's coffee getting worse over the years this particular one smelled disgusting. I went in around 8pm and there wasn't even any doughnuts left.

Went to drive -thru at 2 a.m. Was sitting for 5 minutes drove to the drive-thru hit the horn no staff anywhere

Nice place for coffee and a meal. I'd ask a classmate of mine from my grade 11 English class in 1995 to go there for coffee, but I think if she told me no, at least I'd know the possibility of going for coffee with. We spoke to each other in the summer of 2009.11 years ago.

The service is up and down. I had one week straight where they did not mess up my order and then the next two orders in a row they messed up ️ it's not rocket science people, it's a freakin coffee and a bagel.

Lineup was out the door, stood first in line for almost 5 minutes, and the hot french Vanilla Cap was the worst I've ever had.
So thick I could chew it and totally inedible.
Worst Tim Hortons in Western Canada?
Not saying much as all the food and service has been terrible since the Brazilian company bought the chain.
Tim Horton must be rolling in his grave.

Always a great place to get fresh coffee or tea. Nice menu choices. Fast friendly service. Great place to meet friends and visit over a hot or cold beverage. Many snack items to choose from as well.
