Tim Hortons

Went through the drive through and needed 6 boston cream. They only had 3 but she said if i could wait a couple minutes she would make more for me. Ive never gotten that response at a tim hortons before or that level of service

I went in to buy multiple Smile cookies, and asked if they sold them by the half-dozen or dozen. When the female cashier went to ask another employee (young man w/glasses) about this, he took on a half-bewildered, half-disgusted face, as though it was obviously a stupid question to even ask in the first place. (The cashier was very kind and friendly, and tried apologizing on behalf of the male employee when I expressed my displeasure with his reaction - this was appreciated) But I won't be returning this location, nonetheless.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The staff is awful and rude. Always charge me more foods and don't understand what I want to order. I will never go this store again.

Slow service waited 4-5 minutes at the order counter while 2 persons worked the drive-through. I asked the students who were waiting behind me if it was always like this? They replied "yes"!

Hours are completely wrong. They put a chair in front of the door at 9 p.m. And stop serving people inside. If you aren't open until 12 then change your posted hours. Some people from out of town count on your info being right!

Stopped by for the wife's coffee, about 6pm asked for a bowl of chili, was informed they had none and no soups. As this was one of the first cold days of the winter season you'd think warm soup/chili would sell pretty well. Sometimes the staff can be just too lazy to do the work tho I suppose. Tim Hortons in general has certainly gone down hill.

Very poor customer service, very rude and unprofessional, unclean, always have to wash your own table. No salt, week after week, they don’t care.

We ordered our food in the drive thru and they said yup everything’s good. When we got to the window they said they actually don’t have eggs and that it would be a 5 minute wait (we ordered 2 sandwiches with egg) then we said fine we’ll just get one without egg and change the other to something else. Then we got our food and there was no hash brown in the bag. We questioned it and they said it’ll be another 3 minute wait. This is all stuff they could have told us at the drive thru speaker.

So i just ordered a grilled cheese melt with tomato onions and hash brown inside which is I usually ordered every very in canada cuz i am a truck driver and I usually order this special order but the filipino lady (May be she is manager) at drive thru she told me we are not going to make this order cuz people complaint and i was like I usually order this and nobody said this to me and i pay you everything for which you guys add in grilled cheese but she was very very rude just want to say owner plz give some lessons to this lady that how to speak with customers and don’t judge a book by its cover and i am also a Trucking business owner we don’t speak with our customers like this plz give her some manners Thanks And yeah they gave me a over cooked grilled cheese melt will never come back to this location totally disappointed

If I could give this location 0 stars I would but I didn't always feel this way until recently! The staff there especially one Filipino lady is very rude just because you ask for them to make sure it is the correct blend which they messed up on several occasions and deny it! Seriously how hard is it to make a coffee with the right blend? ! Then on top of it mocking their customers to the staff over the intercom intercom is totally uncalled for! I worked in the food service industry for over 25 years and I've never treated a customer like that! Do better Tim Hortons!

The staff is awful, one guy was telling a customer she was wrong, a woman was having a worrisome coughing fit, her husband asked a guy to grab a cup of water to help, it took him five minutes, she was just coughing so bad I thought maybe a ambulance. It's apparent that the okay staff must be on drive through, front of house was absolutely a trainwreck. Drive to Saskatoon for better service. It's worth mentioning that all the above was noted while we waited ten minutes for someone to take our order.

I like Tims but too much sugar everything and this location needs cleanup. Wipe on top of things and wash with soap the equipment. It is off put when seeing so much grime while waiting on order.

Come here nearly everyday for a breakfast wrap & a cold drink, longest I've waited is 10 minutes do to long line up, but worth it each time.i'm guessing they must have better staff now compared to last year, haven't had a problem since then

Their Sausage Farmers Wrap is amazingly delicious everytime!

Ordered breakfast today, and a boston cream. Usually the icing comes off on the bag; I'd resigned myself to this fate again for the sake of the donut, icing or no its a damn good donut. But I was pleasantly surprised with a PRISTINE looking donut. The icing is perfect, it lookes almost matte I was practically afraid to eat it and ruin the perfection. I don't remember signing up for Tims Premium but I'm very pleased with this.

I Love Tim's but my drinks wasn't made properly & my croissant was hard! Great people skills tho

What is it with the new coffee lids. I fought for 10 minutes with my new enemy. Then I told myself, " self.why not just take off the lid". The double double tasted so sweet after that.

Good food and very friendly people. Good to sit with someone and have some coffe, Because of how quiet it is. But for asking for a food or drink you do need to be specific.

Staff are friendly I guess. However, they are not the sharpest tools in the shed. 8 out of 10 times I order its wrong. Sick of paying 10+ dollars for wrong orders!

Just finished writing this. Had to take the tomato off my bagel to eat it. Asked for a bagel add bacon, add cheese, add lettuce and add ranch. So why is there tomato on it? All to be chocking it down because now it is cold, to find a hair. Yumm!

Now im starving, was gonna save my apple fritter for lunch but now I guess its my breakfast. At least they got the apple fritter right, last time I asked for a fritter they gave me a donut.

The heat must have been off because it was damn cold! Everyone inside left their winter jackets still on

Terrible service 99% of the time. Today I was charged FIVE DOLLARS for slice of Turkey on my sandwich. They never have any of there promotion items so don't even ask. Much dissatisfaction

Very bad service. Cash register attendant does not know what is beyond meat burger. Called another girl and she is worst than the first one. To order it took almost 15 minutes. Owner of this location must make sure their language ability. Absolutely disaster. Very rude and time consuming experience. Welcome to Canada.

Everything was fine until my fiancé had to pull out a plastic glove finger from his mouth that came from his wrap. Lol he pulled the truck over to puke. I couldn’t stop laughing but yeah still pretty nasty. Haha won’t be visiting that Tim Horton’s again.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They focus on getting you out of their way more than they do on the quality of the service. Rude as well.

Never been to a TH with such bad food. Visiting 2x last week. Chicken fingers GREASY, cheap quality. Only good thing is they were hot. Bacon Turkey club. 1 piece bacon potato wedges cold limp no flavour. Staff could be polite instead of 'here's your food's.
FYI Timmies in Rosetown fantastic food and staff! Maybe they could do some training for you people.

Can never get my order right, ask for one cream and there is minimum 2-3 cream in it and doesn’t taste like coffee. Happens too often, will be going somewhere for coffee from now on.

Every time they mess my coffee up or it tastes terrible. I’m so sick of paying $2 a coffee just to throw it out
