Asked for a cheese bagel with cream cheese, came with butter only.

Asked for a BBQ bowl with breaded chicken, came with roasted chicken.

Terrible service. Is it that hard to get an order right?

Team is rude asked for everything bagel toasted with butter and they provided everything bagel with garlic spread. When confronted them they told they will provide butter on side. That’s not what i asked. Worst tims and team every.

So apperently if you work hard and fall take a nap the staff will verbally assault you and tell you to leave the whole restraint in the loudest way possible and call you homless I make more the. All the employees combined when I go to work or just joe use the bathroom and they start banging on the door cause iv been in there too long cause I’m useing the bathroom extremely rude and disrespectful shorter lady with glasses black hair kinda ugly looking Simone of the worst ones for the labeling and disrespect

I have had 4 different types of French Vanilla coffee here. Same coffee but somehow they manage to do something with it and mess up. Had to change my coffee twice just to get the proper one and the argument that the coffee is made right never ends. Anyways this place is Sometimes good Sometimes very bad. The price increase doesn't help as well. Had better coffee at a Shell and Coop Gas bar. The face of the person who had to make the coffee again said it all, wasn't difficult to make out that she was pissed.

If you want to order from the drive thru then get asked to park at the front so that they can serve everyone else before you while they scoff at your schedule. Then this is the tims for you. Absolute incompetent drive thru staff!

Mobile order that took 30 mins to get ready while other costumers got served and left the restaurant.
Order was wrong and got sick because of it.
I was given an attitude by one of the employees.
I live almost an hour away and their costumer service said to go back and request a exchange or refund.but I paid online so there is no record of transaction on their computer.
Unbelievable.

They gave me the wrong drink, and they insisted that was what I ordered. The worker who took the order her English was trouble,

I always enjoy coming to this Tim Horton's location and sitting down to enjoy my favourite meal.sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich meal that includes a hash brown and coffee. Service is quick and the meal is always fresh.

I was there months ago and I had a mocha. It tasted sour, I tried one a couple weeks ago and it was gross and tasted sour. This is the only location that I have found this. I will avoid this location from now on

Great customer service, fast and fresh! Employees are really friendly and their display is fully stocked. My food was fresh and warm. The drink was served really fast and got what I asked for. I wish I asked for their names bc they were all really nice

Came here last night and the two girls are the worse customer service. Kept ignoring us while we’re trying to buy a gift basket. No one was in the drive thru either they were jsut talking to each other doin other things. Weren’t polite at all.

Seriously two girls are too rudely i gave online order but they can not answer properly i 20 minutes waiting in your store. It’s very disappointed

I normally come here for coffee every morning, and I have to say, the coffee is either watered down, or something else. Theres not much flavour, it seems to be all at the bottom. I went to the one in Warman, which had fresh donuts, and good coffee.for 9 pm, we decided to go to that one after because it just wasn't good. But service is mostly good.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today.i ordered a smile cookie.and i noticed it was unusually soft in the centre by thought nothing of it.until 3-4 hours pass by and i’m violently ill.maybe it was just one cookie, but maybe it was the whole batch.disappointed.

Management needs to schedule more staff in the morning hours. 1 poor woman is trying to balance drive thru, walk ins and make food. There is a staff member hiding in the back that won’t come out and help!

Typical Tim's experience. Staff was friendly but they tend to focus more on customers driving through than the ones standing inline. This reflects more on the business model than the staff

The ice coffee was filled upto more than an inch from top. Happened second time. Hope it won’t happen again‍️

Very dirty store. Tables not wiped floor sticky and dirty, bins close to full. Not a good look!

This is one of the worst Tim’s in the city. My friend ordered a large honey lemon tea with cream, one tea bag in and one on the side. He got a peppermint tea with sugar and two teabags.

Pretty fast on drive through but takes ages when you are getting things inside. Comfy dining room though.

How you going to refuse a walk up to the operators that just cleared your snow on a night shift when they possibly can't drive the dump trucks through?

I order Large French Vanilla, in drive thru on my way to work, when i reach at work i open the lid just to see inside as i was feeling half full, and i was right, my cup was 1/3 empty.
Totally unacceptable.i have pictures taken as well.

Quick service, great employees, excellent overall.

I come here often for a quick drink or a sit-down meal. I don't think there has ever been a time where I have been treated poorly, or served a sub-par meal.

The service is quick. My drinks are almost always ready by the time I walk from the cash register to the pickup counter. My meals are ready in only a couple minutes; and they're always fresh and hot.

Gurveer is very fast, and friendly. Other employees are also very good at what they do; they are quick, friendly and generous.

Great Tim's location, overall.

Be nice if they had coconut milk as well for an option rather than just almond milk.due to allergies.

If you want to pay for a large pumpkin spice latte, and recieve a medium pumpkin spice latte in a large cup this is the Tim Hortons for you. This is about the fifth time this has happened. I'm done bring ripped off ‍️

Sucked was told that soup and sandwich meals were not available at this location very disappointed.

I placed my order on the app, got there it was very slow and they hadn't even started my order. Slow service and mediocre food.

Sometimes it gets a little congested in the am with the parking lot layout. Service is good and quick.

Understaffed and sloppy, they constantly get orders wrong or miss items entirely. Never restock items, I've had at least three orders where they gave me the wrong thing.

Purchased 5 gift cards of $10 each and they got the wrong amount on one of them and couldn't get a receipt as the printer broke and they had to contact IT to fix it. Waited 15 mins before I left. Manager apologized but this shouldn't be happening at 8 am with a huge lineup.

Why would timz take out the big garbage cans and put a small one? It encourages littering, I think it is stupid, and most of the time garbage is full

10: 00pm, Friday, 05/07/19 Ordered a Large Vanilla Ice coffee in drive thru. I got a diluted Coffee, a splash of cream and literally 3 ice cubes in it.

With the line in drive thru being rather long, I decided to go inside to place my order. While waiting for my wrap, I glanced over the the person preparing food orders. At that moment I completely lost my appetite. The girl went to pull her pants up, and stuck her thumbs down the inside of her pants to pull them up while wearing her gloves sill. Right after that, without changing gloves or washing her hands, she pulled my wrap from the grill. Needless to say, that wrap went in the trash. I personally will not be stopping at this location anymore. I'm thinking it's a good time for a refresh on a food safe course. Wear a damn belt if your pants won't stay up and change your damn gloves! That is absolutely disgusting!
