Several times I've ordered coffee and a wrap in the morning at 7am and the coffee was poorly made and sometimes burnt. I ordered a triple triple and most times it was made like 1 sugar and 1 cream. And the breakfast wraps werent fully cooked and cold in the middle and sometimes stale. It was always rushed even though I was the only person in the drive through. I commute every morning to regina now I've been waiting till i get to regina to get my morning coffee and been served better food

Super clean and the lady working made the best damn Tim Hortons BLT I’ve ever had in my lifetime

I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with NO Tomatoes, deathly allergic to em, Told them that twice before ordering the non-grilled wrap WITH tomato. Clarified it once again BEFORE clearing it in for paying They confirmed it and made it, I noticed the grilled wrap had tomato’s I took it in and all the one lady did was pick the tomato’s off didn’t bother remaking it. So I was still stuck with damn tomato juice which is no better than the actual tomatoes themselves. The lady who had picked them off was rude and arrogant when giving it back. Staff is very scrambled too quick to make sure everything is done correctly.

Drinks are always on point though.

More concerned about their window wait times to corporate than they are about the quality of their service. Food is thrown together.

One of the worst tims which i visited i was ask for spinach scrabble egg pastry an warm it but she give me wrong order and wrong charge after wrong charge she offered me cash for wrong charge and no warm she was not apologized and not any action take by manger

I ordered spinach fita egg pastry in drive thru. Girl who take ordered she gave me wrong ordered and she charged me extra money. When i told her u charged me extra money and u gave me wrong order. She was so rude with me. And she didn't apologize. She was just laughing. Than i go to instore and talk to manager also didn't action for her. I had very bad experience in this location. I never ever come again.

No one in the drive threw can hear workers messing around inside waited 10mins at drive threw for a single coffee, what a joke. Get employees who want to work.

It was a Timmies… not much changes location to location of the franchise. Staff was friendly. Coffee was fresh. They did put my Boston creams in a bag facing down onto my wife’s bran muffin though. It’s okay… it was only 27 degrees out and so the chocolate went everywhere. Some better training could rectify this real quick….

Slow, terrible service. I ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. I didn't get the cream cheese OR toasted bagels

You might read through some of the reviews and think some of the feedback is exaggerated.
I filled up with gas just before we pulled into the drive through lane. The total time it took from that point until we left was 44 minutes. Had I known it was going to take that long, I absolutely would not have gone there.
Two stars because although the total time was so long, the time between ordering and getting our food was less than 15 minutes, and the food was decent.
With all of that said; there's no way I could justify going to this location again, the service times are unacceptable.

Fricking HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I ever have to go to the drive through again I might as well camp in my truck as I wait in line.

Not impressed when the tea is ready.at.they mess up the order.lg with two sugar sounds simple enough! Who knew‍️

The girl with purple hair isn’t nice to me when ever I’m with my friends, and she seems very un-professional and rude!

Nice place but very small with not alot of seating inside. Also everytime I seem to be going there and want to place a mobile order the app always tells me that mobile ordering is not available at this location at this time. Not sure why but I wish this location would rectify this problem.

The employee who took care of my order lacked basic customer service skills and had no manners. They did not know the menu either.

3rd time coming here from my trips, I asked for an ice cap and they gave me an ice coffee. The chicken strips are not even worth the money and they a chewy and soggy.

Great location. Service is great, and they always get my order correct. The Drive Thru is nice and fast too. I will be back.

5 times now I've been to Tim Hortons in Indian Head and for the most part, they were alright. The last time however, will be the last time. An employee at the 24hr drivethru (Samantha was her name) was so flustered when I asked for an "Iced Mocha Latte" (the drink I order every time, with no issues) and she started asking me all sorts of questions about it as if she didn't know what it was.

When we finally finished with the questions, we pulled up and she handed me Iced Coffees. I told her that's not what I ordered, she said that is what I ordered, I said no, I've been here 4 times previously and have always gotten the drink I ordered, I never ordered a plain "Iced Coffee". She got frustrated, handed me the Iced Coffees anyways and closed the window. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, clearly she was already upset, so I decided to take the Iced Coffee anyways. I waited for a straw however, she then came back to window, asked what I wanted, I asked for a straw and she said "what, you don't care about the lives of the turtles? ", gave me the straw and walked away.

Would be a 1 star, if my previous experiences weren't good.

Usually really decent. Until I came in tonight. Two carmel ice caps, a farmers wrap with sausage and a BLT and two orders of wedges were what I ordered. I got a farmers wrap with bacon and a ham and cheese sandwich. I was ok with being told they ran out of chipotle and that they only had enough for one order of wedges. And i was also okay with them saying they would replace the chipotle with ranch since they were out of chipotle too.until they didnt get that right either and gave me ceasar. Like come on guys some sort of effort would be good.

Was an alright time. Got a BLT and my friend got a chicken wrap and a french vanilla drink. The food was fresh but the size of the serving kinda disappointed me because I was expecting the BLT to fill me up but I was only half full. The chicken wrap was tasty however

Always check your order before leaving.

Went to the drive thru ordered breakfast our sausage & egger came with no sausage. Our vanilla ice coffee with extra vanilla came with no vanilla at all.
