Does not follow instructions. They put a literal cup worth of mayo on a sandwich when I asked for no mayo. I didn’t get lunch today thanks to this location!

Terrible service time for staff to work harder way overpaid for what they do. The food was cold, and doughnuts were stale staff wouldn't make another sandwich when I inquired. Then they started speaking hindi and laughing under their breath. Time to become an equal opportunity employer again.

Few mins ago I was in this tim hortans, the manager (Carlo) and his colleagues don't even know how to talk with the customers. They are treating a customer like an employee and they don't even know how to talk politely with the customers. They are so disrespectful.

I am a devout Tim Hortons customer. When Im on shift I usually get a coffee or two and both my breakfast and lunch there prior going to the rig. I frequent many Timmys in Lloyd depending on where our rig is but EVERY time we go to this location I have TERRIBLE service. I dont understand why they say they open at 5am when they have NEVER been open when we arrive. The last 5 days we have stopped there they have yet to be open even by 530. You can sit and knock at door and watch them behind the counter just look at you. After about 5 min they usually have someone open the door. Easily the worst location Ive visited in Western Canada as they dont seem to care AT ALL. Corporate should pull the franchise license because its a total embarrassment to the company name. Even when ordering you have to check the food to make sure that you actually get the correct order

This Tim Horton's constantly repeats your order back, even if it is short. It is a stall tactic. Their drive through times are averaged based on how long a car is parked by the window. I have always found it annoying and unethical. I worked at a Tim's in university with the lowest wait times in Atlantic Canada and we didn't resort to this. Today they went one further and asked me to pull up ahead and they'd bring out my food. It was one breakfast wrap. At 8am.

And I've been waiting several minutes. Long enough to write this review.

If any fast food chain asks you to pull ahead, you do NOT have to do it. It is only reducing urgency and making wait times longer overall. (Unless it is a huge order, then it can be a courtesy for people behind you).

Most of oil field workers leave town at 5am and wants coffee and food

Today my mother called this Tim Horton's location and asked them if they had any hockey rink blankets left for sale as she wanted to buy one for her grandson. They said they had one left so she and I went to go buy it. When we got there we asked the employee for a hockey rink blanket, a Coke and a French Vanilla. He seemed completely disinterested in serving us and, to be honest, appeared to be unsure of what we were even asking for. He handed us a blanket which was rolled up and wrapped in plastic and we paid for it and our drinks. When we sat down at the table we had a closer look at the blanket and realized that it was plain white - it didn't have the hockey rink print on it - it was hard to tell being that it was rolled up and tied up with red straps. My mother spoke to three different employees trying to explain that this was not the blanket she asked for and that she wanted to return it for a refund. We hadn't even left the building or opened the packaging but they would not refund her money - they said they were not set up to do refunds. We asked them if they would give her a Tim's gift card in the amount of the blanket if she returned it and they said No. So my mother spent $35 on a blanket she didn't ask for or even want and was not given so much as store credit. I will never be going to this Tim Horton's again!

As a avid Tim’s fan, I have had good and bad experiences with Tim’s, sometimes my triple triple tastes like a double double and sometimes they mess up entirely and give me a tea. But most of the time the people are very friendly and it’s kept quite clean and welcoming inside. If you can’t handle a human mistake then Tim’s isn’t for you.

They have alternate sweetness for my tea or coffee. I prefer honey over sugar. The grilled cheese and a double double is great, especially when you're in a rush. Yum yum

This Tim Hortons is the worst in Lloyd. Every time we go there (myself and my workers) to head out of town going north we stop there. Half of the time they mess up our orders. We wait in line longer than it should be (inside), all the workers are all helping the drive through and none helping the counter peoples, sometimes wait 5 minutes before even being helped. A lot of times our food orders get completely messed up not coming close to what we ask for. This has happened much to many times. Get new staff or close this Tims down.

4-5 vehicles and waiting absurd amount of time in drive thru. A car at the speaker for 5-7 min.and I had to wait at the speaker for 5 min myself before finally answering me. 20 min combined wait time. Sad.

Worst hortons in lloyd. The service sucks, can't get an order right, no consistency with the coffee and I've never been to a tim hortons before that had ran out of coffee and it's a 5 minute wait after 10 mins in the drive thru. Not impressed. Coop next door has better more consistent coffee.

I went to this Tim Hortons yesterday and 2 of the females working seemed like they did not want to be there and seemed unfriendly. And all my past visits there only one time did they get my entire order right.

The staff is usually very quick but when u have a trainer doing nothing and standing there it makes service slow.

Staff here seems to be so unprofessional and not train properly. Should undergo training again. Another concern is they are not following covid guidelines by not asking a vaccination card when they should when people dine in.
