They only accept cash but won't put a sighn in window telling you so u wait 30 mins in line to be told wrong can't serve you

This place is somewhere to stop in the guys are nice one guy that works there bought me and my friend are drinks and food when are card wasn't reading I'd say they need a raise

What happened to the farmers wrap? Got told one day that the grill machine was broken, said that was fine it came wrapped and cold, that was 2 weeks or so ago, they still are being served in a wrap cold again when i stopped a few days ago? Today I asked for it grilled and it looks nothing like the farmers wrap should be and it didn't have sauce.huge disappointment when it's not what it should be and now have to ask if it can be grilled are they not to be grilled?

Got there before 6 AM order two coffees and a farmers wrap after several attempts to get my food with no luck. I left without, but I still paid for it.

Could not understand I wanted decaffeinated tea had to explain 5 times still got wrong order and I was inside

I would say 0 stars if it was an option.this tim hortons is absolutely terrible, as we waited 25 minutes for our food while other cars got there’s immediately.

The server was excellent, she actually knew what I was asking for, and I did not have to clarify 3 or 4 times, just to end up with a wrong order. Like some of the tims these days.

Pretty rare that they get the order right at this location. They also allow the drive-thru lineup to flow onto the street. This causes traffic issues. With a couple of signs It would be very simple for them to have the lineup go through their parking lot.

Looks like they don’t care about the company. Two young age junkies making fun of order and using abusive language at work. Probably no one is checking them on camera.

Absolutely terrible. I’d pick zero stars if it was an option. The wait was 20 minutes for a couple sandwiches and Tim bits and they couldn’t get order fulfilled properly. It was mid day and there was no selection of tim bits, so instead of giving me a heads up they decided to give me 50 on one flavour even though I wanted an assortment. Need new workers or better management in there. The food keeps getting worse every time. I think I could’ve made a better sandwich with road kill.

At least this part of the Tim Hortons/Wendy’s is open - the Wendy’s hardly ever is.
Very slow service at front counter, but otherwise the staff is friendly and got my order right. They don’t put enough cream cheese on bagels, and got limited types of timbits

If they could get a simple order right, ordered 3 coffees and last 3 visits one of the three is incorrect

The drive through is the only thing they care about. If the line reaches the main road 14 cars- it’s still faster than going inside with no line.

Not sure what was up at the East end Tim Hortons in Yorkton recently. Met my wife for coffee at 7: 15AM. Ordered 2 coffee, I mentioned twice that I wanted 1/2 hot water in it, then when it was handed to me, I asked again about the hot water, and they took it away. Brought it back, we sat down, I took 1 sip and couldn't drink it. It tasted like it had been made last week, and left on the burner for hours. If it had 1/2 hot water like I asked, I can't imagine how strong it was before the water was/if added. My wife also indicated her 2cream/1 sugar coffee also tasted off.

Clean inside but feels focused on the drive thru. Looks like they have the full menu available.

Lovely people in a black ram truck paid for our order, much friendlier then other places in Saskatchewan

No name tags, gave me wrong item then told me me when I told her the item was wrong that that was the item I asked for. I said no this is definitely glazed, not plain. She said oh well we don't have that we only have glazed. When I said you should have just told me you didn't have what I ordered, I wouldnt have purchased an item you don't have, she sneered and said " heh sorry" and rolled her eyes at me. Worst service ever. All this after waiting 20 min at the front of the line while 10 people behind me complained about how it never takes this long and where is the staff? I will not return to this location and will recommend another store.

Drive through packed and into the parking lot next to it. Went inside and lined up to the door. Stood in line for 10 minutes and no movement. Extremely slow and did not have 2 hours to wait so left.

More attention to the instore line up would be great as service is slow due to concentration on drive through business.

In the last year this place has gone down hill. Drive-thru is usually pretty fast and friendly at least. The last countless times we have sat inside in the evening for coffee it has always been burnt, don't know how you can manage that so often. Today in the drive-thru we received a large mocha icedcapp that was so sour it was undrinkable. And the last three times are donuts came in the bag upside down, so everything on top peels off in the bag. I just don't under how you can't give a care in the world about your job. Most times it's better just to go to the neighboring Wendy's

We're waiting our orders for almost 15 minutes and suddenly they give our orders to other customers and we wait for 10 minutes again its wasting of people's time they need to modify the management and the staff to be efficient.

Efficient drove through. Don't let the big double line up scare you away. The lines move quick!
