Tim Hortons

Please sanitize your drive thru card machine. It's filthy when I had to do chip-in payment. Also, please have the attitude of the drive-thru lady (Dec 5th, at 1pm) fixed, I can't even confirm if my nursing wife's latte was indeed decaf. No eye contact, unaccomodating expression. Good luck as we're regulars here at the nearby clinic.

Came into drive-through and ordered a large candy vane hot chocolate with the new honey bacon BELT on a jalapeño and cheese bagel. To start off there were 2 staff receiving our order over the intercom and that was messing the staff up, let alone the customer in the 2nd line was able to order faster then us and so he arrived at the window 1st, and the staff at the window tried to give that customer our order. Thankfully he realized it was wrong and gave it back to the staff, but when we arrived at the window, Thankfully we checked the sandwich before we left the window as there was no lettuce or tomatoe on the sandwich. We inform them and they attempted to make it right, and then gave us a sausage and egg sandwich and so I physically went into the store and they attempted again to give me the bacon sandwich with out lettuce or tomato, and so for the 4th time they had to correct the order. This is why I don't bother using Tim Hortons unless there is no other flipping option. Horrible service.

Came in, ordered food and coffee.did NOT get any napkins. I was told by another customer that I had to go and ask for napkins.well.did get a great big pile of TWO! Seriously? So then I want to go wash my hands.two napkins don't do the trick.well.
Washrooms are locked and only opened at the "discretion " of the employees.really? Seriously? This is absolutely ridiculous and offensive! Thought Tim hortons was in the hospitality industry? But I guess I'm all wrong! Why do I want to spend any money here in the future? Don't appreciate this kind of abuse!
Went to McDonald's.got more than two napkins.and didn't have to ask for them.was able to go to washroom.and wash my hands! Yayyy!

I go there almost everyday, 2 weeks ago I order a bowl, after taking about15 min, they finally prepared my order, I went home and start eating vegetables and rice. It was disgusting, I swear to god, it was from e few days ago, I stop eating, and just with a couple of bites I get sick for whole night, From that night I decided don't order any type of food from Tim's, just coffee and donuts it is enough!

Id give it a zero if i could, just awful service and rude drive through staff, the one this morning scoffed and didnt say a word to us while paying.seems like there has been lots of negative reviews and problems at this location that clearly haven't been fixed or changed which tells a person that you really don't care about our reviews or at all.

Not sure why there are many negative reviews. This location prepared my food very quickly and the people working there were quite kind. The interior was also very clean and modern!

I understand that it's a drive through but making rude comments about how long a customer is taking to put their change in their wallet is unprofessional. If you don't like your job find something else that you are passionate about. Spread kindness not cruelty.

Myself, friend and partner visited Tim hortons today with great excitment as we just landed to Canada and could not wait to go to tim hortons see what it's all about, the lady taking our order at the till asked me first what would I like to order I placed my order than my friend and then my partner my partner ordered a wrap with a side of wedges she rudely turned around and said no I just have two wedges, my partners and friends order came, 15 mins later my order never came my partner went up and asked about it the lady turned around and said oh did she order something, she had asked me first what I'd like to order she wasn't listening at all, the wedges were dry and left out for hours is what it tasted like, very rude lady behind till who didn't seem one bit interested in her job

Was just here. I work in the area so on my break I went to tim hortons to get an ice cap, went to work, tasted like chemicals so I called them to complain. They took my name and number so I could go back after work. When I went back, I asked for a refund instead of another gross coffee. The manager was rude and said no because I didn't bring the drink back. I threw it away and couldn't bring it back because I was at work. I asked if I could get another drink of equal value, they said no and were just super rude. They gave me another gross ice cap.

I think each n every staff of this branch needs replacement. They don’t deserve this place. Not even a single staff knows how to smile or say thank you even if you say so. They treat you like you are asking for free food.

I would give this a 0, but this is not an option. Looking for 1 dozen assorted donuts, half chocolate. Not only did they have only 3 chocolate. There was not enough to make a dozen. When asked I was told that the owner doesn't want to make too much because they have to throw them out. I am from out of town visiting my overnight team in Saskatoon. This is the 3rd Tim Hortons that I have stopped at.

We were the only people in line. 3 staff were visiting, looked at us for a while before one came to take our order. The staff member that came to the counter behaved disgusted that we had interrupted her visiting with her colleagues. I can not say what they were laughing and visiting about as it was not in English. Order was not completely accurate either.

Why is it so hard to get orders correct? This is why I hardly ever go to Tim Hortons anymore, I never have this problem elsewhere. I ordered a tea and was given coffee instead.

Tried one of their new dream doughnuts and honestly dreamt and wished there were some cream/filling inside it. I thought it would be stuffed with the filling instead it was hollow and dry on the inside. Very disappointed. Not the usual Tim Hortons standard.

Even though there was only one person ahead of us, the wait was ridiculous. Ordered an iced cappuccino and it didn't taste anything like I remember.

From what alot of people have already said. They can't seem to get your order correct. I don't see how hard it is to get an order right. I think I've lost over $100 from miss orders. Next time put more care and effort into your customers.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but someone else took my meal and as I was bringing it up with the staff, a couple minutes later, the person who took it came back, realizing they had the wrong order. The staff then proceeded to just switch the wedges and try to hand me the bag back. Not the best food safety standards.

This place is my go to spot for fresh coffee in the morning. Very prompt service with great staff
