Tim Hortons

People begging in the drive through, while people are held captive, service that is unbelievably slow, really the worst I have had, don't bother drive over to McDonalds or to the next Tim Hortons where these things don't happen.

Ordered a BELT and got a BLT. When i tried to explain the difference, they didn’t care to listen. We got the sandwiched changed but the person on soup and sandwich just removed the bacon instead of giving a fresh sandwich

I really like the customer services. Most of the time we are here after work. We love the environment.

Ordered ahead with mobile app and went in to pick up, waited 15 minutes to be even asked what we were there for. Although the skip driver that came in after me got their order asap. Only about 5 customers in the store at that time and hardly any in the drive thru but 15 staff couldn't respond to me. Will not be back to that location unless they smarten up.

Good place to stop when traveling. Always open and washrooms were clean. Coffee helped too!

The lady taking orders in the drive thru today (Aug. 9th at 11: 30am) was HILARIOUS! Give that woman a raise

One of the worst Tim's you'll find! Few staff understand customer service! They're rude, inaccurate and condescending. I've never recieved an order correctly and when I try to correct it, they say "find another Tim Hortons. "

Most Tim Hortons are going down hill with food quality and customer experience and Prince of Wales is descending at an accelerated pace.

Garbage!

Bad customer service, employees looked bored, no greeting, no desire to serve. Limited variety of products available. Place not very tide and cleaned.

I got to the drive-through nobody there I went inside weat there for 5 minutes and then I got a poor service I ordered 2 long john's I only got one I ordered a Creamy shells with no topping and then they put a big pile on it
