Tim Hortons

I am a trucker was there at store today around 1: 10am for coffee
The store front was closed so I went and knocked on drive thru window
I didn’t see anyone at front of store staff working literally ignored me
I was standing in freezing weather and was snowing
Then I banged the window so that someone can hear and help me but no one showed up
I tried calling store no one answered
In meanwhile another trucker came along and then I really knocked door hard or can say banged then a person showed up and said have patience we are. Working at back and cleaning
We said we are standing for long time to get coffee he said we don’t take calls at night and don’t serve at window
The other trucker left immediately as was truckers are also clocked
I asked again to serve but he argued a lot before serving
I am also a regular customer at night did not experience that before

I only got large coffee I felt bad for other trucker.
The guy didn’t had name tag on otherwise I would have not shied to take name of him

Worst customer service and ruined mine as other truckers night

It says it open 24 hours but they locked the doors when we pulled up. Not a good for night traveler's

Totally disappointed
I ordered a Chiken bowl from this location and I added the exra chiken and veggies but when I opened my bowl at home I found that they didn't add extra items which I paid for i had to pay around 12 bucks. I wastedmy money I don't know why the do cheap things This thing is common now at Tims they don't give the enough quantity of food. If the costumer paid his bill then why it is, it's happening with almost everybody. Now I'll go subway instead going to tim for bowls and wraps. Tim Hortons only good for coffee!

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered food in the AM last week & got salmonella poisoning & was deathly ill for almost a week! I am still recovering! I will never go back
