Tim Hortons

Food is usually good. My latest visit I was reminded about how rude the service is here. I've been going to Starbucks much more lately. They NEVER roll their eyes and shake their heads at you after spending nearly 20 bucks. "See you tomorrow. ". I don't think so try every six months when I forget how rude the staff is at this particular tims. On a Saturday at noon you weren't very busy like you were on other Saturdays. Keep on Shaking your head and rolling your eyes at customers like an errant teenager when you are forty working at Tim Hortons how. It should be considered a form of harrassment as it would be harrassment if it happened internally with HR if a staff member treated another staff member by rolling their eyes or shaking their head at one another. Why is staff aloud to invoke violence with a customer? After today's visit I plan to keep getting my coffees at Starbucks in 2024 as my new years resolution.

This location is by far the worst Tm Hortons in the city. I ordered through the app, which was a painful experience all on its own, then waited over 15 minutes for the order. Walk ins after me got their food orders before I did. At least the coffee was hot as the food sure wasn't.

It was stated that the family tables in the back were closed after 6 pm. Moreover, it is a branch whose closing time is 11 in the evening. We are very pleased with the other branches, but we recommend that you review the employees of the branch. We want new, smiling people. (No employee has the right to be rude to a customer.)

Today I ordered egg farmers wrap with the extra hash brown and extra chipotle.
Wrap was served without chipotle, i couldn’t even eat that wrap. Terrible taste. Even earlierthey forgot to add extra hash brown. Made another one. Then they didn’t add chipotle…. Not expect from Tims

The owner needs to work at this location over lunchtime and more than once
to improve their drive thru service. 7 cars on the right side compared to 1 on the left. You wasted my lunch hour. I live in Lakeridge and will never support you ever again and I have massive amounts with our family of 5 in the past 20 years. I do not blame the staff I percent blame the owner. Jeannie at Robins would never let this happen so she and other businesses will get our money.

So I went to Indian palace because I needed to eat for $10 I got enough food for a few days in 5 minutes. Everyone who lives in Lakeridge or northend please support India palace. The food is exceptional, reasonably price and very fast take out. 10/10 for India Palace

I ordered a bacon cheese melt and it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted
