They need to get people who can actually work a rush after a rider game. The ladies today looked miserable, just scowled when I corrected her on my order; terrible service and got my order wrong after a 20 minute wait but was already on the road when I noticed.

Customer service is good and food is amazing. Night staff and morning staff is excellent, provides fast service.

Ordered broccoli soup, did not have it. Ordered honey dip donut, did not have it. Ordered apple fritter, did not have it. Plates were filthy.

Couple of hours ago I ordered 2x Feta/Spinach pockets, 1x honey dip donut, 1x Cheese croissant payed 13.28$
I opened everything in my car already driving further to Stoon.
I got only 1x Feta/Spinach pocket instead of 2! Mike

The worst experience by far. The Representative at the drive-through window was ticked off just because I didn’t ask for the receipt earlier. She further add “ you should have asked for receipt before, because we need to keep things under 30 seconds” with the added touch of attitude obviously:).
The irony is they took all the time in the world in first place at the drive-thru as kept making errors. Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Gave me the wrong drunk when asked to correct it she argued with me and would not replace it.

Please stop hiring people without ensuring that they are adequately trained to handle food and beverages safely!
We dealt with a rude lady on October 8th, 2022 late afternoon who was working both the cash register and preparing our beverages.
While preparing my tea, I noticed that her hands (which had just worked the til) were midway inside the cup that she was preparing to pour my tea- she then proceeded to pour the hot water. I told her to switch cups as I had noticed her hands inside the first cup. Instead of admitting to her mistake/ even apologizing, this lady got defensive and looked very annoyed.
She demonstrated poor customer service skills and a lack of accountability!
I noticed that even after I got a new cup of tea she continued to do the same thing I had informed her NOT to do! I won't call out her name, but she knows who she is. I also informed a different staff of the incident, but wouldn't be surprised if she spinned the narrative.
I have visited this location for many years and this is the worst experience I've had.

Can't believe that they serve stale donuts. I ordered a plain donut in the Drive-Thru and it was stale and dry at least a day old. I've been a loyal Tim Hortons customer since they opened and that's a first!

Staff are very courteous and helpful at Davidson Tim Hortons.only problem is that there are some items u may have to inquire at counter e.g jalapeno bagel hot sauce and if available they get it fresh from kitchen.

May 15,11pmCST, guy with curly hair, giving worst service ever, taking coffee order in 30 minutes, nobody was in drive thru, only one customer in whole location, really bad while talking, showed me attitude instead of apology.

I ordered a breakfast wrap to go. It took over 10 minutes to get it. When I opened it up, (I was 5 miles away) it was not what I ordered. The filling was only half there as well. Totally will never return to that location.

Its busy. But you are just another customer. Love when the person waiting is disgusted to have to listen to your order. Truly a place not to stop.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Quick to take your money very slow on service they got 3 orders wrong ahead me. Coffee was like wayer. Very poor speaking English and they just didn't care. This place needs leadership and accountablity.

You definitely should hire more people! Guys who work there look exhausted. They are not able to deal with that volume of customers. For this reason your service is awfully slow and not nice at all. I really didn't feel welcomed.
It is nice location on the highway to get coffee and a sandwich. But next time I will prefer another place.
