Over rated. I have no idea why people go there for there Tim's.who knows why but I was curious when I was in Michigan. Coffee is the same as here nothing to get excited about. I tried Dunkin donuts too for comparison. Why is Tim's big in Canada but not USA? And dunking donuts big in the states? It can't be about coffee? Lol

Lots of wasp in the place where we sat for coffee I told workers and they did not really care! But if someone got stung then they would make it big deal, so I just thought better get rid of them before someone got stung bad?

Standard Tim's selection but friendly staff and quick moving lines. There is a drive thru as well for convenience.

Cold food and they wouldn’t use my points because I had two separate orders in my car. Only wanted to use them for my own personal order

This particular location does the worst job of getting orders correct. In the past 4 years, I honestly can't count the number of items that have were incorrect or just plain missing. Often numerous items in the same order will be incorrect.
I have worked at a Tim Hortons before, and understand how rough it can be during busy hours. With this understanding, I would usually just take it back and have them fix it when it was possible. One time I finally became fed up and called the manager. She sounded like she couldn't care less, but did offer a credit to replace my meal. The meal I ordered with the credit was also served to me with multiple mistakes. The manager also made many excuses for how they had been dealing with a large turnover rate. While I do see how that could impact the service to a degree, 4 years with that many mistakes tends to make me think the person doing the hiring is an incompetent leader.
I will say that there are a few staff that are friendly, and make ordering there when I am short on time somewhat bearable. They always give my dog a timbit, say hi to my kids and have a friendly tone and smile with the service they provide.
Overall I am far more likely to go to the south hill location or Starbucks for my caffeine needs.

Honestly most of the time they get my order wrong but they always fix it for me. The items are always the same from one location to another. A prime example of how a franchise should be.

Young man that took my order was very nice and does all the work mopping the floors and everything, very efficient young man and did a very good job with my coffee and espresso shot

Staff is very friendly, orders are got really quick! Place is also very clean and bathroom has always been fully stocked
