Tim Hortons

I’m the only person waiting to be served inside the restaurant and with SEVEN people working behind the counter they still make sure I wait 12 minutes to be served lol. I certainly said something and they know I’m making this review… get better at your jobs people Lol.

Don’t try to order food from their app. They remove most the items from the app because the “may run out”. The items are fully stocked inside the restaurant.

This is for the “Tom”. Excellent excellent excellent customer service. Warm welcoming nature. We wish to see him everytime we come here.

I ordered one crispy chicken and the chicken was not properly cooked. I just asked them to replace it but they replied that we can't help you with this.

Today I am at this location. Unless you are willing to offer discounts to customers for cleaning tables, may I suggest you instruct staff to do it.

Dirty wobbly tables, dirty floor, and to many flies for a food service establishment. This Timmy's store is one of the worst I've visited. There seems to be no interest in keeping a minimum hygeine standard at any store. Just serve and move on. Staff barely understands English, makes ordering difficult.

Today I was at drive thru ordering french vanilla and staff wasn’t able understand whatever I was asking for. When I asked for small french vanilla she was asking is it large? When I was repeatedly asking for small. She transferred to some one over there and he started telling its not your rights to yell at anyone. Firstly if you have issues in microphone it’s your responsibility to fix it or disclose by telling the fact that you have trouble in hearing. I wasn’t yelling at anyone I was repeatedly telling it loud so she can hear me. They didn’t even give me a chance to explain what was happening. I am happy you are so supportive of you staff members but you also need to listen to your customers before even accusing them for something which I didn’t even think of doing. You LOST my business. Hope at least they take this feedback into consideration.

Worst Tim hortons I have ever seen in my life. I ordered eggs farmer wrap and I asked them to please add lettuce and tomato but they didn’t I went back to them for telling their mistake but the girl over there showing me attitude and behaving rudely. They didn’t even apologize their mistake didn’t say any single sorry to me I never recommend this Tim Hortons

Pretty decent fast service staff needs to talk less and quieter when customers are inside and you hear them over your company your with

Request him to add couple of more coffee in my order but he refuse and said i have to come inside and order

My fav place in Canada.where ever I go I must stay and rest few mins in Tim Hortons.
And my fav is French vanilla with chocolate dip donuts.
5 Star rating for Tim Hortons and I always appreciate there service.

I used to work for McDonald’s 11 years as General Manager and I understood how important guest experience means to business!
Today, my whole experience at this location made me will never go back:
Order taker: “hi” feels cold and that’s all the greeting, of course there is no suggest selling (I guess they probably don’t even want to sell me a drink)
Cashier/presenter: does not have any eye contact or word communication at all from getting my payment to handing out my drink!
I am not type person like to complain because I know how busy it is to work at fast food restaurants but I don’t understand what is standard or training process to work at Tim’s!

Their teas and coffees are perfect, you’ll get the perfect amount of sugar and coffee each time. Highly recommended.

Every time I go through the drive thru after suppertime they don’t have donuts and hardly any timbits. They also won’t serve smoothies at that time either.
I understand they have certain times to clean equipment etc but it’s frustrating.

The coffee usually isn't the freshest and the food isn't as good as other locations. Good service though.

I usually have a good experience here until today. I went through the drive to get a breakfast begal, donut and tea. I pulled up to the window and realized that I was logged out of my app. I was trying to log back in since it’s roll up the rim and I didn’t want to loose my rolls. The woman at the window was extremely rude and didn’t give me a second to log into my app so I could get my rolls. She keep asking for payment. I told her yes please give me a second I just logging into the app. She asked for payment again made me feel really uncomfortable so I just paid and didn’t get my rolls. Horrible service.

Man.its a Tim's.what do you want from it. I hit the drive through for coffee and they were hella fast.

I order it bagel and coffee this morning and took to the job and when I open the bag so it was sandwich in inside which is I didn’t order it, guy was on the window he was not trained even didn’t say good morning and nothing and give my change back and turn, I call the Tim Horton they said we know you got the wrong order it was our mistake, it’s happened, so it was a worse experience this morning,

Theyre too busy rushing people in the morning. I havent gotten one order right in awhile at this location

The service was super fast and it tasted like any other tim hortons. They are always so busy, so we were happy to be able to get a place to sit.

0 stars. Terrible.all my coffee was burnt didnt have any of the order right. Manager hung up on the phone. Couldnt understand a lick of English. Terrible place. Hire people who know how to do a job.

Worst service ever. Asked for ice coffee with extra sugar and they gave no sugar. Went next day to complain and manager told me he will fix it and same thing happened again same day.
