Hey, I came back here again with a friend and well I will say we came at the busy hour of the time but for some reason me and my friend ordered the same food and yet their were people after us that were getting their food first for some reason. It took about 15-20 minutes for us to receive our food and once we got it my friends wraps were both burnt. So their is tons that needs to be changed in my opinion but again that’s me not everyone else.

I just got 4 cheese twisted and it was dry I can't even eat it. How you guys can serve dry food!

First, the kiosk screen was super sensitive when typing in a pin. Second, the one who made my drink just put in on the counter and never called out my name. Third, the drink has more than an inch of room which is ridiculous. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

Hai, i visited this place, I wanna place my order, stay the que for long time, the lady who taking the order don’t consider me, she take the order from the customer those who came after me, she don’t know how handle the customer, I am not satisfied for the handling for the customer, very bad service.

Fast and freindly service. The timbits were fresh and my sandwich was nicely put together. Looked and tasted great!

Worst customer service instead of acknowledging their mistake the staff makes up stupid excuses and make u look like ur wrong haha last time never again will go there

In General, Tim Horton is a a moderate coffee shop, has many branches everywhere in Canada.
It’s a good choice if you feel like a snack would kill your hunger, and has a variety oh hot and cold beverages. I prefer going there when on low budget, or to stay with friends at late night.

No one would ever dream of these kind of cookies. At least sprinkle around the cookie is there everywhere. Just tastes like a sugar cookie.

Disappointed and Frustrated with My Experience:
I visited today with an expectation of receiving good service, especially since I'm a fan of the chicken craveables. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. I explicitly asked for both the default BBQ sauce and the habanero, even paying extra for the latter. To my disappointment, the BBQ sauce was missing. When I brought this to their attention and asked for the BBQ on the side, I was told I'd need to pay an additional charge. This not only added to my frustration but also made me feel undervalued as a customer. I truly hope Tim Hortons considers addressing such oversights in the future, as it can greatly affect the customer's overall experience.

The food was pretty good, but they always get our order wrong. If we come 10 times, they make 10 mistakes. *speechless. I ordered a iced coffee, but got a not-iced coffee. We then ordered a chicken wrap, a BBQ chicken wrap and a beef sandwich thing and some wedgie fries. They gave us the wedgies but they forgot the crispy chicken wrap. We tell them, they say we run out of crispy chicken. Well, at least tell us! They can’t just ignore it. Oh the misery! The sauce costs 1 dollar, they could’ve said ‘the sauce is 1 dollar each, is that ok? ’ And flies flood that place, if you didn’t know, you’d think it is a restaurant for flies! They dominate the baked goods, just chilling on the donuts, maybe the flies get a discount on baked goods. Please make a Flies Hortons so they would leave us in peace and harmony.

I went to this location yesterday and bought an ice cap and the worker did not give me my change when she owned me change back. My sisters boyfriend had to fight with the worker for his change that they owned him, The workers at this location better stop stealing peoples change or i will be reporting this, Stop stealing peoples money and stop hiring thieves.

I enjoy their new food selections. The service is fast and friendly, but several times I've had items wrong or missing in my order.

Flies, food was ok. Tables aren’t cleaned and left dirty…The men’s toilet had literally “sh$&” on the floor. The staff is more interested in talking with themselves then serving their clients and having a welcoming place. If you can avoid please do, at all cost!

I came with my Friends to order some food and soups pay money and waiting for 15 minutes and after that they said that they don't have a soups so we waiting for it and they even did know what they have! Today is June 30. I visited this location again, and the customer service is terrible! We ordered two soups, chicken bacon wrap and blt sandwich, and we paid and waited for 10 minutes, and after that, they said that they sold out soups, but before we ordered I ask tree time if they have a soups and they said yes. After we got a refund for our soups, they gave us instead of blt sandwich grill cheese! How come blt sandwich became grill cheese sandwich!? And they even did not say sorry. Don't visit this place you will lose your time and nerves! Management, please read people's reviews and do something!

Absolutely INSANE how the staff here is constantly messing up orders. The daytime staff and evening staff, absolute joke. At night at 1am I’ll get a great drink, 8pm at night it’s completely wrong, I tell them again, wrong again. Avoid this place, pay extra for Starbucks to at least get your order right. SHAME.

I was there this evening to grab a coffee and some snacks until I noticed that there were flies floating around in the baked goods section. The staff are too busy to care. Will be actively avoiding this location going forward as it is a health hazard.

Went to Tim’s to get the roll up the rim!
Bough lots of drinks and food.
Did not register on my app- worker did not have a clue and said just wait 5 min - still no rewards - makes me never want to go back as you do not care about your customers

Just had cup of coffee and enjoyed the late night talks with my friends there! Employees were so friendly and I had some chit chat with them as well

2 days in a row getting home and getting the wrong coffee. I usually try to avoid this location. Poor customer service. Better off drive the extra 3 minutes to Brighton.

This morning I went to Tim to buy coffee muka and bannana muffin. When reached the window, they gave me a hot chocolate instead and the lady told me it coffee muka. They lied about it just to keep the drive through moving
