Tim Hortons

Tim's in Parliament South is a sharing coffee shop and dining spot that I've come to appreciate. It's in a convenient location. It offers a pleasant environment for various occasions. With its cozy and inviting seating area. It is a great place for personal meetings or catching up with friends.

One of the standout features of this Tim Hortons location is the lovely fireplace area. It not only adds a cozy ambiance but also serves as a perfect spot to warm up on chilly days and during wintertime. This feature sets it apart from many other Tim Hortons locations. Making it a welcoming and comfortable place to relax.

This is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some quality time with yourself or with friends and / or co-workers. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.

Drive thru the Pilipino women are very very impolite, i went there several times, every time there she are rude!

Always fast and make my coffee the way i like it not the whats easier for them to make.keep it up guys!

Very rude drive through person. I come here often and usually the philipino ladies are super nice. Today I got this indian origin person and she was unreasonably rude. Like she doesnt like working there and took it out on me. She was meant to be an IT engineer but her skills have landed her at the Tims graveyard shift. And all because of I asked for sleves for my largr tea with 2 sugar. It gets pretty hot but she was rude about as I didnt mention the sleve when ordering. At the window when I asked for it, she was super rude.

Anyways, I know this review wouldn't matter for a place like Tims; they dont care. I still did a review so that people are aware of this rude person.

Worst customer service dont even know how to deal with customer …. I went to DT near 3: 30 pm ordered wrap was making sure theres no Jlpenos in it the oder taker was so nice but the other one just jumped into the Order taking and start yelling at me on DT …. When i went on window i asked them she said that was me my name is SOPHIA … and you can complaint about me …. Am waiting for respond hope so will take care of Her attitude and teach her lesson how to behave with guests …. Other wise i will contact to Head office thanks!

Place is one of the newer Tim hortons in town. Service was rude and dismissive. Not recommended.

Worst food experience ever, I ordered melted sandwich to which they added hashbrown, which I never asked for and my husband ordered croissant with hashbrown inside, however, he only got croissant with no hashbrown in it, and the drinks were horrible too today.

Tim Hortons impresses with its prompt, friendly service and mouthwatering fare. From the indulgent doughnuts to the robust coffee, everything is consistently good. It's an exceptional spot for a quick bite, just shy of perfect. Four stars, solidly recommended!

They really move in there. It was super busy but the staff really hustled and kept line moving. Good BLT.

Their hash browns are soggy and the worker and manager straight up told me they won’t cooked them longer even when specifically requested. Gross food and bad service. 0/5 Stars.

Went to drive thru and SHEENA took our order rudely who sounded like she doesn't care about a thing about her job. Never looked at us while giving our orders. Never had an opening or closing greetings and kept her back facing us. She never told us our total and never told us to come to the window. She's like a dead person working.

I ordered an Iced Capp drive through at 4 pm April 4 and all got was just ice and no coffee flavour. I went in to ask about it and the lady was so rude and made it seem like I didn’t know how ice Capp tastes like! I have been drinking it for over 20 yrs thanks for teaching me lol! Garbage location

2AM and they had a pile of plain timbits. I was a bit surprised they had any at all at that time. But the fact they had a full tray of plain seemed odd

It's a great little place to warm up after playing at "the bowl" besides it!

We went through the drive-through to get some donuts and some drinks. The items we requested we’re all good however, the staff was not quite as friendly. First of all, we use the Tim’s reward app. When I went to scam my app, they didn’t scan it properly therefore not allowing me to get my points And I called them to say what happened and the people on the phone or extremely rude. I am a loyal customer and will never be going back there again. Horrible staff they should learn how to do their job properly.

7 am of 23 Dec, one of the Philippines aunty was so aggressive on drive thru window. No hello or No thanks, she just throw the food, looks like she is exhausted from her work. If you don’t like ur job stay at home nd have rest. Nobody want’s to start their morning to see such kind of fatigued faces.

Can’t get a sandwich after midnight and won’t serve you unless you’re in a vehicle, and in the day time don’t dare make any changes to an item, ie: No tomato’s as they will 100% of the time mess it up.

Stopped there for coffee last night at 1am. Just got off a plane and was having a 2 hour drive home. Wanted a coffee to help with the late drive.
It was absolutely disgusting! So old and not sure what was in it.
I know it was late but being a coffee shop couldn’t they have fresh pot of coffee. Very limited doughnuts so why stay open 24 hours
