Ordered a large chili got reg. Paid 4 a large. Ask4 large bun got a small then i had 2 pay for another large bun. They were laughing & making fun of my order. I asked 4 a extra large bun.

Jan. 21,2023 at around 7: 30PM we ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap (grilled) that took 10mins for the crew to prepare and release (usually this location is fast on their drive thru service). However, our complaint is not on the duration it took but on the sandwich itself! Both were extremely dry, not a drop of sauce was put on both sandwiches and there were so much vegetables that the chicken and bacon were seemed forgotten. Compared to other branches, the sandwich we experienced at this location in Fairlight was awful.

Jed is an exceptional worker and had my order ready on time definitely deserves a raise

This Tim's is awful. It's close to my work so I keep going but the drive thru and in store service is awful every single time. Some working have a language barrier, which leads to incorrect orders. Sometimes you don't even get helped in store until you ask.

Dont follow food safety when preparing food, cross contamination issues. Staff is not trained properly and some are rude. Often get orders wrong, give wrong change and pocket it (not only person to notice this). Do not recommend, especially if you have food sensitivities or allergies. This has been mentioned to managment but nothing has changed in months. Edit- still hasnt changed. Still get mostly cream in ice capp (didnt order cup of cream I want a proper drink) still dont understand how to make coffee right ect

Couldn't get a simple coffee order right. Happens a lot from many different locations.
