Tim Hortons

First time at this location. I gave 5 stars just due to the fact the donuts were so fresh and my husband could have his favourites. Also, if you like decaf like me.it was not watery. And, this location is much quieter than others, so parking and wait time was better than average.

Had to go back twice and my breakfast wrap was still overcooked and hard tortilla on the outside and cold on the inside with no sauce

I would rate my visit a zero if possible. Ordered a sandwich at counter. 15 minutes later I asked for a refund. So obvious that it was a new worker on S&S and was left on his own without any supervision or guidance whatsoever. I blame the supervisor for letting this happen. I will never spend another nickel at this location

We no longer go to these places except for 1 or 2 things like Tim bits for the kids in and out.

This is the 4th time now that I've asked for a bacon breakfast sandwich, just to get sausage. Like didn't think it was hard to tell the difference between bacon and sausage.but this place proves me wrong everytime.

I ordered chicken Chipotle bowl. I got beef instead. Beef can cause stomach issues, which I said. But no exchange. I ate around the beef. Because I'm diabetic and silly me I forgot my lunch. Won't be back.

Used the Drive-Thru! Pretty fast service but the staff always seems to forget one item. Outside of that, they did a pretty good job

Please change the drive thru girl she is not able work here she is not capable of doing work here her name is THESS rude and always in hurry even their is no lineup we need our food and coffe and we are paying for that i told her to slow down a bit and give me what i want she said you can ho other tim hortans us you don't like the way i work here please change her

Ordered food in the drive through, before the other person could order she just hung up …. We waited witch is fine but after she came back to the intercom she blamed us …… then when paying the one girl just glared at me shook her head and muttered words …. It was not busy it was not packed…. I don’t like Mondays but wow …. Recommend any other location instead of that morning shift

Good place to take rest and refreshing with coffee or food.friendly staff and friendly atmosphere. But food needs to be improved, I belive its a busy location so they may have less priority for customers with regards to quality of food they serve

I heard this lady yell at one of the workers for being slow. It was in my native language but it was very rude and disrespectful. I looked at her tag and her name was Tes or something.

Terrible service this morning from the attendant taking orders at the drive thru.
The man at the window that took my payment was very pleasant, but the lady that took my order at the window was unbelievably rude and impatient.
I go various different Tim's on the regular and know the routine of efficiency, but this individual was belligerent, almost seemed annoyed that you were ordering more than one thing. Then as I was asking my passenger for her order, she kept interrupting me, so much that I had to tell her to stop.
Then at the window, she wouldn't even allow the attendant to tell me what the balance was on me gift card. So overbearing, she was in his personal space, the other staff member seemed embarrassed.
As I was putting my card away she repeatedly nearly shouted goodbye to get me to leave immediately after she handed me my food.
It was unbelievable. It wasn't busy. It was the most disrespectful treatment I have had at a drive thru.

I am a transport driver and walked over here at 745pm. Doors were locked and didn’t have any posted hours on the door, nor on maps. So, I walk up to the drive thru window, to see if I can get served, as I have a long load of double trailers and obviously can’t make the tiny turn on their property. Home boy straight up ignored me and then didn’t answer the phone. What a disgrace to the Tim Horton name. You do get truck deliveries in order to run your business right? I wish nothing but the worst for you in life.

Whoever the girl that works the early bird/graveyard shift, you need to work on your service skills. Failing to hear an order (with minimal to no wind) gives you no right to give me attitude at the window. Just be more polite when addressing an unsure order. Turns people off when you’re greeted with horrible attitude at 2 in the morning.

Looked on their website and it said they were open until 12am and it was 11pm so we went just for no one to answer at the drive-thru. We went up to the window just for them to shake their head no.
