The 2 bacon farmers wraps, 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches and the 2 coffees i got this morning were absolutely delicious. And the staff was polite and quick

Great Tim Hortons place at Kindersley. Had a quick stop over at Kindersley on my to Calgary. Great place to get some coffee and some donuts.

I don't know what's wrong with people, but it seems like this location has been targeted for an online hate campaign. This location was clean, service was excellent as was the food quality. We had friends from California with us and they were totally impressed. The locals as all people from Saskatchewan are, we're open and friendly. Keep up the good work.

This is quite literally the worst and filthiest Timmy's I have ever seen. The donuts look like they've been on the floor face down and then put back flies everywhere all over the food their presentation is horrifyand it is just filthy. If you want half a cup but pay for a full cup go to this Tim Hortons. I pointed out the obvious to them and apparently they didn't like it there's nothing better than having somebody stab you in the back in a different language. Things have just gone to garbage garbage for Tim hortons considering who's running it. We'll never go there again and I'm very close to boycotting all of them. My biggest regret was not taking my camera to take a picture of the Disgusting donuts.

It's in the airport, so I guess you have to be happy there is one at all. But I couldn't order online, and couldn't even get Tim's points at the till. So somewhat disappointed.

The individual who was serving the drive thru was not good in service and when I asked for my reciept, this individual showed signs of rude behaviour. Please teach your staff the reason they are getting salary is because the customer pay for it. So, If you even cant say thank you or sorry. Atleast give them what they ask for without being rude.

Food was only half cooked and it took forever to get it. There were only 2 customers ahead of us and the drive through was not busy

As good as always, fast and convenient, washroom, coffee, hot and cold drinks, comfy seats, hot meals, sweet snacks, reasonable prices, nice and clean, drive through available, open long hours

Poor customer service. Always saying one moment after each item you order. In stead of waiting for the hole order to be said. Always having to check if they have any items on hand. Not the cleanest place. Employees alwasy rude and have the Idgf attitude.

The washrooms are disgusting! No paper towel to dry your hands. Toilet paper all over the floor. Looks like no one has cleaned for days…

The most disgusting timmy's I've ever been to. There are 250+ flies and bugs flying around this place. There were flies and bugs EVERYWHERE including on the food and where they prepare the food. This place must have a garbage (or hiding a dead body) problem if it's this gross. I highly recommend no one goes here and this place should be seriously cleaned.

Bought 2 coffee and headed down the road before we tried them and realized they were both wrong ️

I unfortunately have to visit this location frequently due to the area of my work. The front line staff are friendly, however lack listening and/or possibly language skills to accurately take an order. When I asked for added sweetener in my hot drink, I was given a cringe and told that it's too sweet, despite not soliciting their opinion. The dining area lack cleanliness and seems to be frequently closed possibly due to understaffing. Although once I was allowed to walk through the drive-thru, seen as my work vehicle is much too large to fit. Several staff with long hair and not one of them wearing a hair net. I'm not particularly convinced that the pompous owner, who frequently sits in the dining area with his nose in the air, is aware that his health and sanitation policies do not reflect the food industry whatsoever. Certain elements of the restroom are often unkept or simply out of order. Being the only Tim's location in town, I can't imagine that the proprietor is struggling with finances. Time for some cleaning, repairs and more staff bud!

Horrible horrible service, very unprofessional staff were mocking my elderly mom who couldn’t hear or understand. She was so upset I called to complain and they said oh sorry the staff are just kids being kids.

In our small town I think you could drop the trans person in your drive through. I don’t even want to have him? /her? Touch my coffee. Very rude and not a happy person. I will be praying for that mixed up person each time I go through which is not very often anymore. God made us male and female—only. Read the Bible. Find peace.

The lobby seems to be closed half the time. They should keep the lobby open over the drive thru. It sucks walking with kids to pick up donuts and having to turn around because of the drivethru only. Most of the staff is friendly but theres one trans person that us extremly rude working there. They dont listen to what you request and get angry when you want them to correct it. Tims has been slipping lately

Slow service everytime we go there. Out of napkins, no paper towels in washroom, hand dryer broken

I had not been to this Tim's for a while. The coffee is so hot you have to wait 15 min to drink it. I had the grilled bacon/cheese sandwich.processed slice cheese, not a lot of bacon, dry & very disappointing.

Thought it was kinda unkempt for a Timmy's. Dirty floors

Mold on floor under hand dryer
Didn't eat. Just left with a coffee wishing I would have stopped at A&W

Only paer of the drive through was working && they mever put the right amount of cream in pretty much anything I order!

. Do you guys have no idea how a 2 lane drive thru works. Figure it out, it isn’t hard. Very bad Tim Hortons. And you guys should be open 24/7 like all the other Tims Hortons around… like why are you guys closing at 5pm sometimes, then 9pm the next! Like come on

I've been working in the area for 3 1/2 months. 80% of the time they dont have basic items.old fashion glazed donuts. 12 grain bagels etc. Very frustrating.

Tried the share able sandwich in Davidson. Very little pulled pork and onion. The chicken was better.

I always go here for the donuts and drinks, today i ordered a peach quencher with no ice and they gave me half the cup filled. I wasn’t too impressed everything is good but for what I payed and I got half a cup of the drink I ordered was really not impressing even tho I asked if they could fill it up to the top and they said no.not the best

Ordered some coffee and bagel sandwiches with herb and garlic cream cheese. The coffee was good but they did not have onions and cucumbers. Instead they just put the cream cheese, tomato with some lettuce into the bagels. Still edible but not what we would normally get.

Apparently "Breakfast anytime" means breakfast until 6pm at this location. Not sure that's up to Tim's standards but okay I'll go elsewhere.

The coffee is awesome. In Kindersley the ppl talk forgien so when you sit in there all you can hear is them speaking in there language.the owner of the place doeant hire anyone that is not his kind or forgien.so I give this place in Kindersley a bad review

They try to make you wait at the drive through menu till your order is ready to drop their drive through time and get mad if you pull forward to the window. Food was alright and accurate but the service is pushy and condescending. It's really too bad they're the only tim's in town.

I'm not sure if the AC was broken or turned off but it was sweltering in there. The food is good, the drinks the same at every Tim's this was just a local problem.

Honestly, I want to give ZERO stars. Too bad that's not even an option.

The main reason I go to Tim Hortons (which is pretty rare in the first place) is because the app allows me to receive points for my orders.

I went to Tim Hortons 2 days ago to buy coffee. Now, we all know that Tim Hortons coffee is usually served in less than 5 minutes. However, on this day, something was very off.

After I ordered my coffee, I took out my phone in preparation to receive reward points. The waitress behind the counter told me that I had to pay first. I tapped my card and waited for her to scan my rewards card. That's when she started to apologize. Now this apology was one of the most annoying apologies I have ever heard in my life. And it wasn't just one annoying "I'm sorry" it was MULTIPLE "I'm sorry"s. I can't even describe the tone of her voice. I did not order coffee to listen to her apologizing with a face that didn't look guilty at all. I came to Tim Hortons to get a proper cup of coffee and to receive my reward points. Neither was accomplished during this visit.

Due to her incompetence in knowing how to do her job, she had to call her coworker when I demanded to cancel my order. The look in her face when she called him! She looked at me as if it was MY fault that she didn't know how to cancel orders! Then her male coworker arrived, and his expression was absolute bull as well. It ain't my fault you guys live unhappy lives with unhappy jobs.

Now the coffee: I've always seen Tim Hortons staff make coffee right in front of my eyes; as in right behind the counter. The day I went, the waitress took my coffee to the kitchen and came out long afterwards. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I began to start thinking that this waitress is doing something to my coffee. I even asked her if my coffee was done yet and she completely ignored me.

After this long wait, I decided that the least I could do was take my coffee. I didn't even drink it. Out of anger, I threw it into the garbage with my receipt.

Tim Hortons shouldn't even create a rewards program if they don't want to reward points. What do you guys think you are? Did I ask you to create this promotion? If you guys made it, you might as well do it properly.

Food and service was awesome, and finally they got my thermos cleaned, heated, and mixed right.
On the down side, there was no toilet paper in the washroom. Another customer let them know, but no one showed up and as a result sat there for 15 minutes waiting. Finally I had to leave, and the worker didn't seem the least bit concerned that I sat waiting that long.

I have been to Tim Hortons all across Canada and have never run into one that doesn't carry English breakfast tea.supposedly this one doesn't

My husband and I always stop at this Tim's location when we shop or to and from trips to Saskatoon. They are very quick and good with the customers.

Server would not except my rewards card for two seperate orders. Said they can't be used until at least a half hour has passed. Strange rules, or something they made up?

It is almost a crime that this location is not 24 hours. Missed out on a significant amount of my business because I start work before they open most days or I finish after they have closed. Unfortunate really.

Pathetic this place has gone downhill when i ordered my sandwich i asked for wholewheat the guy at the till put in white i asked him to change it "yes, yes u will get whole wheat" he didnt change it. Instead he told the girl at the sanwich counter to make it on whole wheat as she was packaging it they started arguing she clearly did not want to remake it so she brought it to me on a white bun and lied to me saying it was whole wheat i walked away with a sandwich on a white bun pathetic customer service i am disgusted.

Popped in on a Saturday 13th with not many people here so wasn't busy. Staff that served me were nice. As to the cleanliness of tables, I think they need to focus more with the upkeep, monitoring things closely. As I mentioned the place wasn't busy and while I drank my coffee not one person from behind the counter came by to check and clean tables. This is dissapointing.

I know that these are only crumbs but it doesn't look good. I saw a gentleman came over to one the the tables near to where I was sitting and even he didn't like the condition of the table and went across to another table that appeared cleaner.

Also, wifi doesn't appear to be the best when trying to connect. Not sure why this is but even once you have accepted those terms and conditions the wifi does t not work. Made 3x attempts before it decided working.
