Very bad taste i ever had, i ordered twice coffee and it taste like i am drinking water instead of coffee, you need to improve it guys

They mess up orders like it’s their job, don’t include the bun with chilli (this has happened to me multiple times now) argued with my boyfriend after he told them the screen was showing extra food he did not order and refused to fix the order. Just go to a different tim’s

One of the worst Tim Hortons in Regina city. I am a regular Tim’s customer. They don’t clean their French vanilla machine. Too many times I got French vanilla which tastes like water.totally different taste than other Tim hortons. Its kind of putting your money on water. I don’t know what kind of manager or employee they got that they are not even trying to do their job or may be unqualified.

Dirty, noisy, uncomfortable. Many flying pests in the restaurant. Long wait for service, longer wait for my order.

Went for coffee when first opened, every table was dirty. Most had coffee stains, some had crumbs, one table had a piece of lettuce on it. It was very obvious the staff didn’t clean the dining room the night before when they closed.

SHE IS THE ONE WHO TAKE OUR ORDER AND ALSO GAVE US THE COFFEE.
SHE LITERALLY LIKE THREW THE COFFEE ON THE TAKE OUT TABLE.
WON'T SUGGEST THIS TIM FOR THE SERVICE.

This Tim Hortans deserves an upgrade! More staff and a bigger drive thu! Everytime I go for lunch, there is a ridiculous amount of cars there and people who parked and are trying to leave, cant leave. But everyday the staff somehow survive the rush. Props to them, but they deserve an upgrade!

Worst service ever received on a tim hortons. I went there on 8 sep at 9: 40 and there was a lady with short golden hairs. She was so rude just saying no to everything. Worst experience. Never gonna come back to this place and don’t wanna see that old lady again in my life time. She don’t know how to treat customers.

Terrible service. I wanted 3 of every muffin to bring to the boys at work, and they told me they couldn’t do that. What a way to turn down business. Will never be back.

Last time we went through took 15 mins to get through drive through at 10: 15am. Not ideal, but they are usually faster than that!

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in Regina. There is no consistency, they just try to get rid of customers as quickly as they can compromising the quality of the product and ruining the brand name. Its high time, the owners step into the daily operations.

The worst staff ever after repeating several times my order still got wrong order. Very bad customer service. Management should improve staff behaviour and rude service

Very disappointing, the old Tim Hortons had very good coffee and excellent donuts, not anymore, the coffee is run of the mill that you can get anywhere, they used to make fresh breakfast sandwiches that were delicious, now it is pulled from warming trays and tastes like garbage. What happened? You had an appeal that was second to none now you are no better than a Burger King only you have second rate donuts, none of it worth the prices that you are changing

Fast and friendly service I love their hot chocolate and I would recommend the birthday cake timbits

Great place, unless your in drive thru, ask for 10 birthday cake tidbits, only to find out after getting to work they are not. In 1 week, asking for 10 birthday tidbits, I got assorted 2x and all choclate.

I went earlier this year with a few friends on a Tuesday night. My friend found a cockroach in their donut display case. When he told the staff, they rolled out the case, picked out the cockroach, threw the cockroach in the garbage, then rolled the case back in. It was near the top shelf of the food, so you know it crawled its way there. Where there’s one, there are many. I just would have liked them to close off that case of food rather than act so casual and continue seeking their baked goods.

The worst Tim Hortons in the city. You will wait forever on the drive thru line or you can walk in on the store to order but you will wait again at least 10minutes. The coffee doesn't taste the same with the others Tim's. The staff is running and working hard, trying to serve all the customers on the line but still is short as you will loose your patience on the long lines every day.

Worst service ever more over no one attend me while I am waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes

I had an refreshment breakfast Experience at Tim Hortons Albert St location, it’s beside Domino’s and Across from SAVE ON food, Very close to Atlas hotel which was super beneficial, if you are at Atlas then that’s the place for you compact morning breakfast destination.

The food is outstanding, I tried their Crispy Ranch Chicken Wrap with meals comes with a medium size coffee and a Hash Brown. The coffe is top notch and there is also not much gathering here and employees are very friendly

The place is gorgeous, spacious inside where you can enjoy your coffee while chatting with your friends or doing your school work if you are a student.

I would recommend to definitely check it out

I have ordered large cappuccino and they loterally gave small in large cup and imagine 3 expresso in such a small amount of steamed milk! I had complaint before as well but no difference.

Not trying to be a bad reviewer here. This location has the longest waiting times and worst service. I love the coffee and that's the only reason I keep going back.

Totally disappointed compared to other Tim Hortons location.for Mobile pick up. Order make after when I tell them please make my order after they start to make order And no other costomers were there for pickup.

They were friendly but very busy and they no longer carried a new delicious muffin they created unfortunately.

Usually good. Gets a 3 star rating for serving me a very burnt bagel a couple weeks ago. Been in the food industry long enough to know this particular bagel should never have been served to a customer. Quite disappointing actually.

Would’ve rather drove 3 hours for my usual from a small town Tims for a wrap meal. Food was already packed and ready not even 20 seconds after I ordered, bag was greasy and given before I paid, wrap was just terrible all I could taste was the smothered chipotle sauce. Can only assume they make everything on the menu ready in the morning and just let it sit there till someone orders it.

UpDate: I am revising my score from 3 star to 1 star. Previously, the girls at the drive through window were at least nice to talk to. Now this new Asian guy at the drive through window is not only rude but he is in such a rush that every time he almost spils the coffee while giving it. Tim Hortons really need to take notice of this worst Tim Hortons in the entire Regina. Their staff needs training.

Previous Rating with 3-Stars: I think we can call this place, "Tim Hortons in a hurry". This place always reminds me of the drive-throughs in most of the developing countries where when you reach the window to pick up your order, the sales girl or sales boy is screaming at you, "next, next, next" and sometimes while giving you coffee spills drops on your car's upholstery and clothes. Please calm down. This is not the Canadian way. Canadian restaurants are known to listen to their customers patiently before moving to the next customer.

Came with friends, the lady was irresponsive just because I didn't come with car. Totally embarrassing.

Awesome customer service, specially the service of Marry Grace. Her service is really appreciable. Coffee is well prepared. I strongly recommend this tim over others in Regina.

Good clean restaurant. A little noisy - the staff know how to have fun, and while it can be distracting, I'm in full support of the staff having fun because this is always a fast and accurate service restaurant.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a ice cap which was great, and two frozen lemonades which were also amazing. The reason I'm rating this at two stars and I also ordered a chocolate chip muffin which was under cooked and the dough was not cooked at all on the inside it was still raw and I gave this to my daughter and when she took a bite she nearly puked. I then realized it was raw this is not the first to me this has happened on my last visit I received a dozen raw undercooked muffins. Whoever ever is cooking the muffins needs to be taught how to cook them properly so they are cooked through to the inside. I hope the team at this location can discuss this as I do not want to see anyone get sick from them.

I love Tim Hortons, I love its ice cap, donuts, they have almost all of the beverages that I like. However, this morning, when I came to Tim Hortons and ordered my drink, a man who is a cashier was mean to me, he mocked me because I used my Tim points to order my drink. I hope the restaurant is going to have solution for that cashier’s case.

Usual Tim Hortons. Good location and 24/7 service. However, it might be difficult to get a good option for food after 08: 00/09: 00 pm.

Have had many pleasent experiences there. But found recently window sills are dirty and recent. Male Supervisors extremely curt with customers

My whole order was wrong.they gave me coffee instead of tea.bad customer service, they even did not close my cup properly

Picked up a box of timbits, an ice coffee and two large coffees to go. The timbits and the coffees were fresh, delightful and appreciated.

July 17th @ approximately 10: 55 am

This is the second time in a row with the same younger lady at the drive thru window where I have felt as a customer I was an inconvenience to her. All said and done the transaction took less then 1 minute from time of placing my order to pulling up to the window and getting my order. I did not have my bank card out in my hand as I pulled to the window and was treated as though I was the scum of the world.

Listen Tim Hortons if you dont want my money no problem I'll take it else where.

Got a chili combo and the chili had a super weird taste to it like it had something added to it. First time I've had a chili from Tim's and been absolutely disgusted. Always enjoyed Tim's chili until today.

The best place to start your mornings! Great coffee & drinks, great sandwiches and bagels, delicious donuts and al in a very affordable price! Staff is (mostly) great, and good is fresh and good 90% of the time. Rewards card makes you feel a bit better about yourself every time you earn a free coffee/drink.it Love it!

Ritalin side service 10 minutes for two customers each ordering a coffee and a donut in the second custom order two coffees in a donut and it took over 10 minutes

Its average. Some locations can be very noisy. For a quieter one I'd suggest the South Albert location.
