Very easy dealership to deal with and made sure my needs in purchasing a vehicle were well taken care of! I left with a vehicle the same day I went in. Highly recommend Titan automotive!

Wasn’t impressed with Trevor (used sales manager) gave all the details ahead of time and price wanted for trade. Told could be within the range and only needed 15 mins appointment it took a lot longer then he made up stuff/ issues about my vehicle that weren’t true (owned since new) and he never did provide a price.ended up being a waste of time which I tried to avoid by being upfront

I would like to give a brief story before i type my review. If you take offence, that's too bad, lol I am not responsible for your feelings. I read all the reviews about this dealership, mostly looking for the bad ones. I do that first to get a feel for the place. I see a lot of VICTIMS if you will. Most of which are people on the pity pot and those who did not do their own home work! As a consumer we have rights to be protected against fraud. As well, we have a responsibility & Obligation to make sure "we "are protected so we don't become victims. Which means taking "responsibility for ourselves" and doing research before committing too something.

I look at buying a used car like dating someone's EX partner. It's used, how much or by whom we don't know? It's the chance we take. They both come with a car-fax of sorts, one is very precise, the other sketchy at best. Both can give you buyers remorse if not taken seriously. At the same time, used cars are used cars. People dump them for various reasons. The lot can only put so much money into these vehicles to make sure they are road worthy to be sold. The onus is on us the buyer to look it over and decide. Just because it is shiny on the outside with lipstick and pretty wheels, doesn't mean it is perfect on the inside.

After reading all the bad reviews i called Tanya from Capitol group, who now own's this dealership. I asked her some pointed Direct questions about the history of the dealership and the people working there. She answered them openly and honestly, never side stepped a single question. That prompted me to go there and pursue a vehicle.

Now for my review of Titan Automotive.

I have expectations of vehicles, i know how i care for mine and what i traded into Titan was a high quality trade in with no failures with a complete service record of everything that had been done to the vehicle with full receipts and dates km etc. They appreciated that very much.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Chris Peters, who greeted me at the door and took me to his desk to have a conversation. There was an item on His desk which i noticed, which led us to a completely different conversation of a huge personal nature. That conversation took an hour and from then on i knew he was a decent man who was not full of himself. We share a similar personal connection. I told him i had been to another lot down the street, what i was looking at, and how unsatisfied i was with that lot and the way i was treated.
The Vehicle he wanted to show me was out on loan, he showed me others, but they were not what i wanted. When this one came back we went for a test drive, and i was completely satisfied with it. There was no real pressure to buy, we worked out a deal for my trade in. This is where Mike gets involved, he was decent open and honest. I am old school so i hold no punches, and i say what i feel and hold my ground. Between the 2 of us we came up with a number which i was satisfied with. There were a couple of hiccups with a few extras, but Chris and Carson stepped up and got it done.

Chris went out of his way to make sure the car was perfect for me, it only has 4600 km on it and its a 2022. To me that is a new vehicle, and i did nit pick him to death about a few things. The detail shop did an amazing job. I am very happy with this car and the treatment from Chris Peters, Mike Gelowitz, and Carson Bell.

The 3 of them made this happen. It did however take a couple days, but in the end it was a great experience, i never felt pressured or bullied into buying something.

Great experience, completely happy and have made a friend in the process with Chris. Will send other people his way in the future.

Had an amazing experience. All the employees had exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of what they were selling. I needed a vehicle and had one in 24 hours. The whole experience from when I first walked in the door until the time I drove off in my AMAZING SUV was beyond what i was looking for.

I am now a second time return customer, and without hesitation, I will come back again for all my vehicle and maitenace needs. Like most people reading this review, I read these to get a feel for what this dealership would be like. I was a bit skeptical at first considering past dealerships and ratings, but was pleasantly proven wrong by Trevor and the staff at Titan. I traded my truck in on a newer vehicle and the whole experience was exceptional. Friendly, easy to deal with and fair. The ratings are accurate and I would recommend this dealership any day.

Working with Randy was a complete joy, first time buyer and made the process seamless. Knowledgeable staff and an overall great experience. Recommend going here big time!

Trevor was courteous and knowledgeable and willing to work for us the consumer! He found us exactly what we were looking for and helped get the payments to where we could add them.
