TJ's Pizza

Very disappointed with my experience at this particular location. Have supported the brand at other locations and have never been so disappointed with the events that took place. Blamed us for the order being wrong and missing sauces, staff where rude and had trouble following what we needed for our order. Order from the next tjs

Ordered boneless chicken wings here twice now first time they were nearly stone cold but it was a colder night so did not think much of it. Ordered again and this time did they not only come cold there was little to no sauce and there was maybe only 6 which were also not very big there goes another $25 down the drain.

Ordered 2 large pizza’s good prices reasonable timing considering it was New Year’s Eve and super delicious

We ordered two extra large pizza and one medium pizza both of them are burn
We paid approx $83

We came back to the store for change or refund But store employee dont know how to deal
There are two employees one was agree that pizza was burn but another one disagree
I dont know how they are dealing

One employee was rude

We ordered 3 pizza’s 1 medium 2 Xl’s, all of them were burnt, when I went in store to show them burnt pizza’s one guy over there agree that these are burnt but another disagree that those are not moreover he was rude on phone also while ordering, he don’t know how to deal with customers. Was such a bad experience with this location.

Incredibly rude store manager, arrogant, charging more in store than priced online, defensive and cocky when asked about it. Interrupted, and when I asked him not to he stopped, I showed him the website and exactly where I got my information from, then proceeded to stare at me and raise his finger and ask if I was done talking yet. Walked out without my order, will gladly spend more elsewhere.

I usually order from south location and have never been disappointed, Just ordered from east location today, it was the worst! Pizza was pretty much still doughy, definitely not cooked enough.dry ribs were terrible through them out. So disappointing, will never order here again.

Ordered pizza for new yrs eve they delivered on time no issues but pizza sauce was bland nd pizza was sub par and it was my first time trying I won't be ordering again

Ribs where not done still soft ceaser salad tasted like cigarettes and ashes tried to get a refund they denied never goint back there

Expensive for the amount you get, but really good pizza. A good way to treat yourself every once in a while.

Have been there 5 times in the last week for a couple slices and they never had anything ready and rudely turned me away so i thought id phone today to see and he told me nope and we sold out you'll have to order a whole pizza, lol same rude guy it sounded like,

I come here often because the specials are great, food always tastes fantastic and the staff is friendly and good at their jobs.

Delicious pizza that doesn't scrimp on toppings and cheese. The wings and the pizza are a 5/5. Regularly quick delivery and left outside my apartment door. The detracted star is because I ordered the boneless chicken bites and those weren't the best. But, it's clearly a pizza place and at that it excels. Having Online ordering is awesome, but the system is a little finicky and the website could be improved for mobile.

Wont be ordering again.driver dropped food off at entirely wrong location.driver then gave wrong address as to where he dropped it off. Tried to get refund, was refused and told i would be given an arbitrary "credit" next time I order. If you want "great" delivery and no food I would order here.

Driver told he was outside when he was still 15 minutes away (and already 20 minutes late). Tried to fight me when I called him a liar for wasting my time. Refused to give me my food.

Management promised a refund but never refunded.

-have been a tj’s pizza customer for awhile
-like the food & that its a “2 for 1”
-usual order is large all dressed
-never had a problem until 2 weeks ago
-phoned the order in and this time asked for extra large all dressed ($44.99 + taxes)
-drove to store and was presented with (1) extra large all dressed pizza
-asked where the 2nd pizza was?
-was told that i did not specify i wanted two pizza’s
-what? Did not specify i wanted 2 pizza’s?
-you are a 2 for 1 pizza place
-paid $31.49 +taxes for the one pizza and left. Total price was: $34.95
-at home, friends /family remarked that if i only got one pizza, shouldn’t the price be 1/2 of $44.99. Should have been $22.49 + taxes?
-overcharged $9.00 + taxes?
-you have lost a repeat customer and family & friends will be told about this incident.

I called to make an order and the guy who took my order was speaking very quietly and had a strong accent. I kept on saying sorry I'm having a hard time hearing you and can you repeat that. He got angry when I misheard him again and yelled instead of speaking clearly! Very rude and unprofessional he should speak up and more clearly if the customer can't hear. Customer service training is needed! To top it off the delivery driver didn't give me back my change he just took off back to his car when I was putting the food on the table!

Good service. Double stacking hot slices of greasy pizza in one container is not a quality method to serve though

Terrible customer service
Spend almost 10 min by the till until someone come to take my order. And guy was saying he didnt se me even I shout couple time to get someone attention

Been eating here for years and always loved it, can always rely on them for a good deal after work and i don't wanna cook

The best pizza, hard to pick my favourite - but chicken Caesar and Mediterranean are amazing! Even offer gluten free crust.
