*EDIT* Spoke to a very rude manager on the phone who claimed she made the dish herself and that the dish was weighed out. Ma'am, I believe your scale needs calibrating. Or, you need to pay attention to said scale. Unfortunately playing on her phone and finding photos of old vehicles she apparently once owned to show her co-workers was more important than her customer service.

Let me point out. The two younger individuals I interacted with, were far more professional, and pleasant than this woman who constantly gave me the side eye and glared at me while I waited for my food. As if I were interrupting her, and doing her a major inconvenience.

Just an overall terrible experience followed by overall even worse customer service. 0 stars.

Ordered a Honey Garlic Rib Poutine, specifically asked for extra honey garlic and extra cheese. Went to my hotel with my food expecting a gooey tasty meal once I got my room.was met with some ribs, a small glob of honey garlic in one corner. And maybe a third of the cheese a normal order would generally have. Heavily disappointed. Thought I'd eat here for the nostalgia being it's been years since I had a good rib poutine from the Regina location. Just to get absolutely scammed and pay extra for the scamming at that.pathetic really. So disappointing. 0 stars if it were an option.

This is new, TJs now sells pickle spears, and wow they are really good. I’ve made them at home, I’ve tried them in almost every bar or pub that offers them. And these at TJs are actually really good, I got a half order to try them out and it’s full order from now on. What makes these special and stand apart from anywhere else is that they are “not deep fried “ they are oven baked. Have a good crunch and a good taste. And if you like you can get them with a dip sauce I picked jalapeño cheddar. Value for your money is +. Getting sone agains this week lol.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and the quality and taste has never changed! Great tasting, lots of toppings and best of all it’s under $25 for two medium pies.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service, as well as messed my order up. Called manager to rectify and she was rude as well. Her reasoning for her staff being rude was “I was on break” okay and? Won’t visit this location again!

Gotta say the dry ribs are definitely the best value and quantity in the city! Thanks guys!

I'm always impressed with the staff! The delivery guy Chris always is smiling when he comes to drop off lunch at the store, and the pizza is always as ordered and made fresh.

I tried phoning them for about an hour about my order because it came with a lasagna that I didn’t order but I’ve been getting caller busy that whole time.very dissatisfied with the customer service here

TJ's is my go to comfort food. I've been a regular for around a decade now and they've never let me down in quality and service. Today I received my order earlier then expected. I realized I forgot to enter the correct delivery time and they took it back and remade it free of charge. These guys are the best!

That being generous talk about rude some guy just hung up on me after i asked about my reimbursement their delivery driver demanded payment after i paid online for our order $185 and would not give the food over until they made a payment he kept saying you not paid you not paid you not paid they got a bit freaked and just shut the door he just stood there repeating you not paid! Theb he finally left idk what else to say but they lost a great customer!

They are rude and kept getting my order wrong and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say I’ve never been so I pleased with them until now.

I found a long hair in my pizza, absolutely disgusting! I won't be ordering from tj's ever again
