The worst experience I ever had.
The girl that cut my hair was very unprofessional, I even question if she knew what she was doing. I will never go back, I will never recommend it.

Worst haircut I have ever had. I came with a photo and a description of what I wanted and he listened to none of it and gave me a terrible haircut.

It was a great experience, brought my son along. With her time and patience, she made me less self conscious and was no longer scared to take my hat off. My son was very comfortable and occupied by his nintendo switch, staff helped him find a stool and a better placement. I intend on returning with my son next time we both need hair cuts.

As a man who just started to get long, curtly hair, this was the perfect place for me. Ara helped me out so much with learning how to take care of my long hair, and she did such an amazing job with the cut. All of my friends with long hair commented on how nice it looks, and it looks so much better than I could have hoped for.

Jade is great. My cut is 10 out of 10. She is a professional. She is very kind as well. Tommy guns is the go to place for the best haircuts.

I wanted to get a new haircut and he said it was easy. He didn’t blend the fade right at all, I wanted the top down to the bottom of my eye and instead he chops it up to the middle of my forehead and now I have to deal with a catastrophe of a haircut. Very disappointed.

Revising my review. Service is going downhill. They give you wait time in place appointment time, then expect the customer to be ready any time if they give you call hours before your wait time. Not worth my time or money any more.

I just got one of the best haircuts of my life from Jade at Tommy Gun’s. Gentlemen… ask for Jade. Cut a great fade and cleaned up my beard. The shampoo and conditioning was beyond relaxing! I am very thankful.

They cut the inside of my 6 year olds ear to the point that he bled threw a bandaid, and they forced me to pay for the service. Made a complaint, management called me and never allowed me a chance to speak on the phone. She just talked over me to offer me a "next haircut will be free". I find it ridiculous that management's solution was to pay for a service that resulted with us walking out trying to stop the bleeding, but not to worry because next time we go in will be free. It's a tactic to only get us back and not to make the situation right.

Great place. Manna the junior Barber was absolutely awesome. Seemed like he cared more than any other Barber I saw at tommy guns!

Got my hair cut by Ben. Did an amazing job providing proper treatment to blonde hair, as well as styling recommendations. Highly recommend!

They employ young inexperienced people. Not all of them have barber training. The person who cut my hair asked no questions and I did not get what I wanted.

Horrible service and it's like you gotta be right there just get a haircut. Can't even make appointments really SMH

Not great for curly hair, they put a horrible wax in your hair. They prioritize speed over quality. Two stars because staff was kind

I needed my head shaved for my Red Carpet Film Premiere and Kyla came through and was amazing.

She gave me the first straight razor shave for my bald head and it was a fantastic experience.

She is also a great conversationalist and made me feel at ease. So whether this is your first straight razor shave or your 100th time, you will feel relaxed right away.

I highly recommend requesting her. She is moving to their new location in Harbour Landing, so make sure you follow her there and ask for her. Kyla works select hours, so check before you go so you are not disappointed.

The shave was so professional and smooth and with her techniques, lasted for days longer than I could get at home by myself.

The staff was friendly and helpful, being my first time there they made it feel like I was a regular customer who had been going there for years.

It was a nice relaxing experience. Ben cleaned me right up and did a great job. I enjoyed the towels immensely.

Very nice haircut and shave experinece. Definetly is one of the more expensive haircuts available in the city. I find this location is pretty busy in the early evening but usually has time available towards the end of the evening.

I’ve taken my kid to Tommy Guns Rochdale about 3-4 times now. I thought the quality of haircut and prices were always reasonable. I usually call ahead to check wait times, however we were in the area so I just stopped in. Turns out there was a bit of a wait (2 hours or so). I put our name down anyway as I know how busy Friday’s can be. After 2 hours of running around I got a call like clock work to come in as someone would be available in two minutes. Got back to TG and checked in. Waited another 30 minutes, saw the barber (Michelle) look at us and then say something to the receptionist. “I don’t cut black hair” at that point I asked what was going on. The receptionist looked quite shook and said “oh I’ll have to get you in with the other barber. ” So now I have waited near 3 hours for a cut? ! We left, I called them asked for a manager to call me back. The manager had the receptionist call me back and say “I can stop in and talk to her or she would call me the following Tuesday”. On top of wasting 2.5 hours of my time the manager wants to make me wait 4 days for a phone call How that makes any sense is beyond me. All I have to say is thanks for wasting my time Tommy Guns. Thanks for ruining my kids weekend. I’ll now have to explain to him why Michelle wouldn’t cut his hair. Last note for michelle and the TG staff, it’s 2022, you should reconsider your career if you don’t know how to cut all hair types. Do better.

I usually go here but This is the 3rd or 4th time I have been screwed over by their app. I went to book in at 9 o'clock because that is the earliest you can book in, it said I had a 0 to 3 minute wait time period period I walk in and they tell me it will be an hour and 45 minutes. The barbers are good but the app is so bad it doesn't make going there worth the trouble.

The lady that cut my hair was great. She made ne feel at ease. Only thing to say is Great Service.

First time going, and will definitely go back. Great atmosphere, great people, and not hard on the wallet.

Even though I am female I did not feel out of place. The service was not rushed, I enjoyed the hair wash and head massage, the conversation was nice and my haircut was what I wanted. Thank you Kasey!

Kids cut was amazing. The barber took the time to prepare my kid for the different sounds and sensations of the trimmers. Established trust and connected with him as a client rather than rushing through just because it was a child.

Had a few bad haircuts at a few different places then tommy gunns, but if you can get in first thing in the morning, no line up, just a good service at a decent price!

Was a bit nervous as I’ve never used a barber before, definitely going back, very affordable and had a great work environment. Told them how I style my hair and I got exactly what I wanted, it’s a 10/10 from me

If you're a guy with curls, do NOT go here. Staff are undertrained in the craft and I received a botched haircut (especially on the lineup). The lady had little knowledge on hair and made multiple errors on my haircut. Don't trust all the good reviews as this seems like a common problem.

They have great customer service by showing professionalism, being kind, offering help/knowledge, and beverages while you wait. The odds they will know how to properly do a fade are soo low. I have went there probably 6 times now and only got a real fade once, the barber took 50 minutes also to do it! Other than that they are great, hot towel service, head massage, even cleaned my brows up for free! Rave if you don't get skin fades!

Wives beware: They hire homewreckers. My husband went here for years, and saw the same hairdresser. I recently discovered that she's been hitting on him during every visit. During one visit she gave him her personal number, and now he's left me and our 6 year old child for that hairdresser.

Also based on the products that were sold to my ex, the staff talk clients into buying expensive products that don't work to boost their sales. My husband was sold a whole facial hair care kit as well as different soaps/conditioners to help smooth and care for it as well as hair loss shampoo, conditioner and oils. None of which worked and coincidentally those products smelled terrible.

I wish I had read the reviews before. Between a couple different sites I have found other women who have had the same issue. Ladies beware.

Kaili was super accommodating and helpful. She provided alot of insight into what would look good on me. Front counter staff was also very warm. Happy with the end result, and would definitely come back here.
