Literally had the "owner"/ operator try to get tuff me (bounce me) because I had a mask on picking up my order I placed online

Started off the waitress spilt my beer on my wife and the table and her drink
Next she forgot our appetizer
Never came back to ask how things were or if we needed refills
Our Caesar salads came back very watered down almost no dressing whatsoever my daughter wouldn't eat the salad
The greeting and seating staff were the best part of the staff interaction our food was good but we came home hungry.

Had the Thanksgiving dinner special, and I have to say that was a great meal at a great price!

The server in the lounge gave incredible service, good food. Friendly place. Have been here several times food is always good. Maybe it's partially because the server is incredibly pretty. Lol

Eat good food, pay for fair value, and If it were 1970 this would be a 5 stars review. The year is 2023, and not much has changed in 50 years, maybe thats a good thing? The food is good and the value is fair and the meals are filling. Service is fair and responsive, not proactive. Challenges for seniors are they love the food yet are wearing hearing aids and they can not hear conversation at the table and room full of hard sufaces and the lighting is dim. Old school menu, old school decor. You can't have it all, good enough is good enough as this place is always busy, especially on Wing Night Wednesday. From babies in arms to seniors supporting each other, everyone is welcome, come as you are. This place is as casual as can be and a local icon for home food cooking restaurant style.

Waited 30 minutes to be served. Got up and left. All around us got served we didn't even get asked if we wanted a drink.
Waitresses ignored us and it wasn't busy. May 5 5: 10 pm.

One of estevans all time favorite hang outs. Been making memories in these walls for 2 decades.

Most often than not, we use the online option, it is easy and convenient. Delivery person is always very pleasant.

I was craving a good salad for a couple weeks! The chefs salad did not disappoint exactly what I was looking for.
The tower special pizza is fantastic as well!

The Sunday brunch was one of the best brunches I've ever had, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Went to have a few drinks before a wedding. Waitress was pleasant, they had a good selection of beers and the hotdog we had was awesome.

Once of the best boneless rib dinners I have had in a LONG time. I couldn't not even get close to finishing the portion. Very tasty and great service. I will go back for sure.

About 17 yrs ago on my bday I had a terrible experience at the Tower Cafe but decided after all this time maybe things had improved and I'd give them another chance. Bad decision! Today I ordered 2 pizzas (15” cheese and 8” dill pickle), Greek wings and dry ribs. First off I was told my order would be ready at 6pm, got there and ended up waiting 35 minutes. I honestly think they forgot my order and started cooking the food once I arrived at my pick up time. At least 5 people came to pick up orders after me and they all received their orders way before me. The waitress offered other people waiting for their order a beverage, free of charge, but completely ignored my kids and I and we had been there the longest! Now for the food, the dill pickle pizza was taste less, had no sauce and barely any pickles, I ended up throwing it all away. My kids said the cheese pizza was okay but it lacked sauce, how do you mess up a cheese pizza? The wings were soggy, had a grey color to them and were also very bland, ate one and the rest went in the trash. The dry ribs were the best thing out of the order and they came free with a 15" pizza. I doubt I will ever return after my previous experience and this one, just not worth the mediocre food and terrible service or the $70 I paid. There are many other restaurants in Estevan that have better food and are good to their customers. And please don't ask me to call the owner, I'm scared of him after what happened the first time, so I won't be calling to discuss, thanks.

Ordered delivery at 5: 30 with 45 est delivery time. It’s almost 7pm no food, I’m ready to phone and ask what’s up. Instead I get a phone call from them saying they forgot my order and asking if I still wanted it? Of course I told the kids it was almost here forever ago. Delivery car shows up I go to meet him outside, he takes off because he forgot the food. This was something out of a bad movie! No apology, no discount besides the free fry ribs that come with the 15”. Use to be a big fan but this kind of thing is becoming normal!

A 6 oz steak sandwich should taste good. My choice of salad dressing was unavailable and my medium rare steak sandwich had the taste fried out of it but not the tough as leather fried out. $18.95 + tax. Never again!

I’ve eaten Tower food for decades. Their pizza is as good or better than any pizza I have eaten any time, anywhere. As for the rest of their dishes I have no favourites because I have NEVER had a bad meal there

We were really disappointed. We have been ordering pizza, mostly takeout from the Tower for quite some time, it was always OK. Staff is always friendly

The last few pizzas we’ve gotten from them not so good, dried out lack of toppings really bad crust. The crust was hard and ‘ropey’. Like they tried to twist it and failed. It was also burnt. I would add a photo but we tossed it out

Really good food. The forgot to send some of the order but were able to get it to us. A bit late but they fulfilled the order.

Order a large pizza on July 1 at 5pm for delivery. We were told it would 30 minutes. After 1 good, we phone to ask where our pizza was and we’re told that there was a mixup in the kitchen and it would be sent out as soon as it was ready. We were not offered any apology or discount. Terrible service and the pizza was half cooked. Very disappointing experience. Would give them a -5 if it was an option.

I'm from Regina and I eat here everytime I'm in Estevan. It's always clean and the staff is always great. I highly recommend eating here. Large portions of delicious food

I've ordered here a cpl times while visiting my fiance. The menu seems pricey but let me tell you, the food is not only AMAZING.the portions are definitely worth the prices! LOTS of food. The hubby and i have gotten 2 meals out of one. I most definitely recommend this place! The pizza. Steak and lasagna is delicious!

I've been eating the pizza here since 1998. Always great, always a reason to stop in town instead of blowing through. I've been in the area for work a lot, and always try to make time to have some of their pizza.

I really liked the small town diner feel of this place. The menu was huge and my gf was really happy that she could get breakfast. The service was quick and friendly. My burger was juicy and the fires were some of the best I've ever had. The Eggs Benny was excellent. Great atmosphere, I'd recommend for anyone looking for a good lunch/brunch place.

Pricey compared to other places to eat in the city, but overall worth it. The pizza is what its known for but the other things are very good as well, including the waffle which was the best waffle I've had. The staff is nice as well, but the bathrooms are very very dark and cold but that's not a huge deal.

Cauliflower crust was very tasty. We ordered it instead of the regular crust and it was really good. The spinach berry salad was also very nicely put together with a balsamic dressing. Service was excellent. Bathrooms could be a little warmer but a very minor detail of a very pleasant lunch.

Great look from the outside. A heated patio and a good space for cars to park. The entrance has a nice looking door. Music is at a comforfable volume. Pleasant with a home feel decor and plants. Overall comfortable environment. Food is fresh and fast.
Facilities are clean with a fresh scent.

Best pizza for 1000 kilometers around. I meant to say 10,000 kms. I haven't been to the Tower in Calgary so I might be wrong.

Have really enjoyed dining here in the past. However, quality & service seam to have slipped. Kinda sad.

Great place to stop in for lunch and treat yourself to a clubhouse. The bathroom is also really nice, nicer than most restaurants!

Exceptional service and wonderful food! A varied menu with something everyone can enjoy. And gladly accommodated a picky eater like me.

The pizza at this place is to die for. There is not another place around that can compare to the pizza pie you fine here. The pub has a pool table, darts and VLTs for entertainment.

Good food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took 12 minutes to get a cup to drink my tea with and it Took over 20 minutes to get crayons to my kids. The place was not very busy. Maybe the waitress is new? We will probably try them one more time in hopes that this was an anomaly.update to follow.

This is actually the worst place to go in Estevan as far as playing vlts or even the service. The suggestion I give to you is either Grasshopper Blackbeards, or Fired up grill! Tower does have some good food at times however the experience I've had every single time I've visited this place is absolutely robbery. No respect for this place any longer and won't step foot in this establishment ever again! Sorry for the bad review but truth hurts! Much better going to blackbeards grasshopper or fired up at least you have a sence of not being ripped off at these'"WAY Better" places I've mentioned! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT TAP HOUSE AKA TOWER!

Good food at a great price. I'm not personally a huge fan of their pizza but all my friends agree that they have the best in town. Their burgers are top tier and I highly recommend the hangover burger. They also have some diet food items including my favorite dish of theirs, the tilapia. Properly cooked with good seasoning and the vegetable sides are always good.

The food itself was alright but ok, here I go. There was this bitter, hateful older woman at the cash register. The young waitress we had, mistakenly put our whole order together and then had to separate it. This older woman whom I can only assume is management level, came along and started talking to the 6 of us like it was our fault. After explaining to her ignorant self how easy it would be for us just walk out due to wasting all of our time she then turned her hateful, negative attitude towards the young waitress. I had enough of her bad talking and told her we were leaving. A very short 2 minutes after that she jumped on the cash register and quickly fixed the problem to which the young lady was struggling with. Over an HOUR LATER. I will never return to this place.ever!
