I called T and C to have my AC fixed. From the first point of contact, to the technician attending my house, I received exceptional customer service. Our new air conditioner was really noisy compared to our neighbour's, who has the exact same model. We called Town and Country and Jordon came over last fall to check on it. He found out that the pressure was wrong while looking into the source of the noise. He fixed that and set up another appointment for this spring. He returned today and replaced the compressor. It took a while but it was expected. He did a great job and explained to me everything he did. I really appreciate that! Our A/C is now whisper quiet! We can now enjoy spending time on our deck while the A/C is running.

Staff are very helpful and they have standard pricing. With that said, you can find hvac parts much cheaper elsewhere, if not they do carry a good selection of stock!

I was told by another company that my furnace needs to be replaced. Quick turnaround. Cam identified the issue in a few minutes, and fixed it. I’m appreciate it they focus on solving the issues instead of replacing the machines.

I tried to get an estimate for a large purchase. The time given to have an estimate passed. I tried to follow up and my call was never returned. After following up again, I was told they can't help me. That would have been nice to know weeks before as promised.

I would highly recommend Town & Country. We receive regular furnace, a/c and water heater maintenance through them and always have great service, but Kirk Schnell really took it to the next level this time. He was friendly, informative, kept me up to date throughout the maintenance and identified an issue with the gas valve that was promptly resolved and will save us from having a big headache with it down the road. Mu furnace went out today when it was 33 below. I called Town and Country and asked to have a service rep out as soon as possible. 30 minutes later, Dustin came to my door, slipped his covers over his boots and in 20 minutes I had my furnace back running again. Thank you so very much, I appreciate the prompt service.

Woke up Christmas morning to a dead furnace. The 24 hour emergency service answered quickly, got a return call from a tech within 30 minutes and a service call inside of 2 hours. Great service for Christmas Day. Cam the tech was knowledgeable, quick, efficient and courteous. A nice touch was he parked on the road and did not pack down the snow covered driveway and gave some tips how to avoid a similar furnace breakdown in the future.

We were having problems with the furnace shutting off without warming the house. We called another company and were told that they were booking appointments in 2 weeks. Really? We needed heat now! So we called Town and Country. Wonderful receptionist. She told us that it would be an after hours call. I told her that I understood. She told me that we were 4th on the list. We had heat that night! Courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Jordan had my furnace running quickly. And gave me tips on how to care for it! I will be telling all the people I know about this company. Especially the women. Awesome attitude from all of the staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

110 bucks for 5 min call to my house really highway robbery for a hot water heater that they installed when house wad built

Well in response I used a highly regarded plumping and heating company and they didn't charge me for call out fee and the price was about 300 bucks cheaper plus they have a stocked van and tool so it's still highway Robbery

Tammy did a great site visit and walked me through the process. She didn't try to upsell me on furnace features but actually looked at what our system needed. The furnace installers did a good job and were good with communicating. There were a couple of problems that popped up during the install that wasn't their fault. The one installer stayed past quitting time to get the job done. All around a solid experience!

Town & Country Plumbing is a good company to go with. They continued plumbing in my house for basement and I was happy dealing with them. Mark is cool in communication and quick in reply. Easy to deal with them, nice team show on time, finish quick and very well and project is done.

We own a brand new home in the east end of Regina, and have been having repeat issues with a bathtub, although our warranty has now expired we pretty much live on a construction site where town and country are on site all day every day, i do not have transport and wished to purchase a part and having no transport asked if one of there drivers could just drop it off as they are in this area everyday, to which i was told that they would charge me $100 callout charge to do so.to me this is a lousy service given we have had ongoing issues in or out of warrenty and that it is a $20 part that we requested.i do not recommend this company to anyone

Went to pick up the furnace filter ordered a month ago. I have been looking for the furnace filter for a month, big box store don’t have it. They finally manage to got me what I was looking. Friendly staff. Will recommend for all the house renovations and repairs.

We choose Town and Country as our plumber for a basement redevelopment of our 1967 bungalow in Regina. After conversations with Mark, we were quickly on our way to make informed decisions using competitive quotes. Journeyman Jason and apprentice Evan replaced the cast iron waste pipe under the floor, installed a new 3 piece bathroom, upgrading the stack, lifted the upstairs waste pipes into the floor joists, installed 3 new air registers, and upgraded a/c and HE furnace exhaust pipes. And we also purchased plumbing fixtures. Excellent knowledge, skill, quality, good price, and great service. Once my basement bathroom is finished, I will be updating my upstairs main bathroom! Thank you Town and Country for being on time, professional and on budget.

The staff and service guys have always been top notch. And they don't seem to mind if the customer chats their ears off either, so that's a bonus! But in all seriousness, they're fair, professional, and always make a point of leaving the place just as clean if not cleaner than they left it which is very much appreciated (i.e. Boots off in the house, even if making multiple trips to their vehicle). Highly recommend!

After I contacted Town and Country Mark called a day later and we set up a appointment date to do an appraisal. Mark was on time and very polite while doing measurements. When he left he said he would get back to us within a week. 3 days later there was email telling cost of Furnace water heater and new AC unit. Including installing. Also a date when they could install it all. The morning of install two fellows were on time to start two day install. They very polite. When they were finished they removed the old appliances for recycle. They left the work area clean and without litter.
We are highly recommending Town and Country to anyone who we talk with.

Our furnace was 27 years old, and they tried to keep it working, though the cost to do so would have been too high.
I shopped around when replacing the furnace, and I got a slightly better price from Town & Country. Even better, the person who came to the house to do the estimate didn't try to upsell us, gave us concise yet useful information on the choices at hand, and sent all correspondence in a timely manner. She was also a pleasant person to work with.
The technicians were friendly and communicative. They cleaned up the space quite well after it was finished.
It was stressful having the furnace malfunction in the middle of a cold snap. These folks made it less so.

Town and Country has been to my house every month since September. They have replaced parts on our heating system almost every time they have come here and it the system has failed again. We had to call them back the next day after the last time they were here to fix it as well. Including their maintenance agreement, I have spent more than $4000.00 and I still don't have consistent hot water or heat (which is hot water based). When they were here for their maintenance, they looked at the water boiler (again) and found something else wrong with it that would be $248 for parts alone. Something that was not picked up on the other 4 or 5 times they worked on the system. I will be asking for a complete refund of the maintenance program cost and I will be going to a different company to see if someone else is capable of fixing my heat.

Bought a new furnace blower motor from Town & Country in December 2021. Only a few shops in Regina sell Lennox parts direct to customers for DIY install. Very quick to confirm corresponding part numbers and even had a couple in-stock at their shop ready for pickup. Cost was 20% less then the competition. Thanks for the easy transaction!

There were a few tweaks I wanted and they accommodated me.
I much prefer now going with a local company where word of mouth matters more than a National Company that can’t pronounce Saskatchewan.

Goodman/Daikin Furnace rusted but Town & Country stepped up to 100% fix the problem.

FINAL UPDATE

Management from Town & Country has reached out to me regarding this issue to let me know that they (management) were not made aware of the problems that occurred as outlined below from their customer service department. Even though the rusted panels within the furnace is considered cosmetic and not warrantied by Daikin/Goodman, Town & Country is standing behind their product and have pledged to completely remedy the situation with a brand new furnace.

Arrangements were made and on Sept. 24/20 two technicians came to our home to install the new furnace. They were very pleasant and helpful to take a few moments to explain where the potential problem leaks were more than likely coming from that would have been caused by poor assembly in the original manufacturing process at Daikin/Goodman. They also showed me some spots inside the new furnace to watch for leaks when the winter heating season arrived.

My interaction with Town & Country management clearly illustrates their drive to positive customer satisfaction and to NOT leave their customers literally "out in the cold".

Thank you so much to Dan for reaching out to me to remedy this problem to my complete satisfaction.

ORIGINAL REVIEW

Town & Country Plumbing & Heating (T&C) installed a Daikin furnace in our new home during construction. The date noted on the sticker was August 4,2017. On April 16,2018 T&C sent a technician for a follow up service to be sure things are working well. Upon leaving our home, the technician advised me that he found a small leak but he fixed it. He then presented me with a work order to sign that clearly states “…the rubber boot connecting vent motor to the vent pipe to be leaking”. It goes on to note “…tightened hose clamps, no longer leaking. ” The technician DID NOT advise me of or show me any related damage to our furnace that was potentially caused by this leak.

On July 31,2020, it was brought to our attention that there was rust damage inside our furnace which will continue to corrode and severely shorten the service life of the unit and could even be dangerous. On August 4,2020 I went to the T&C office to speak to someone about this. The person I was directed to speak with was Jason and he was away from the office. I was asked to email photos of the damage to their office which I did on August 5,2020. On August 18,2020 Jason and I were able to speak on the phone and he confirmed that he had seen the photos that I had sent. He had the unpleasant task of informing me that T&C did not consider this damage as compromising the operation of the furnace and that no repairs could be made to replace the rusted portions of the furnace under warranty or otherwise. I found this unacceptable and Jason suggested that I contact Goodman Manufacturing (Daikin subsidiary) directly which I did. The response from Karen at Goodman was “…the dealer would have to go back the regional tech manager at the Distributor with any issues on the unit like this. ” So then I contacted Goodman Distribution in Saskatoon and spoke to Mitch who advised me that I need to try to work with the original installer or another local Daikin dealer. T&C has been aware of this issue since August 4,2020 and appears to consider this matter closed.

Although I was not able to get it done right away as you were booked I have to tell you from all the places I called (over 10) yours was the best experience. From giving me detailed info from the beginning, the in-line process, upfront pricing and courtesy. Honestly, top notch. Hoping to use your services in the future.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received today. Hourly rate is less expensive than the other 4 places I called. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. They're extremely busy this time of year but was able to fit me in and called me before they came out. The HVAC technician "Justin" was friendly fast and fixed my issue and explained to me what it was. He explained some extra services they provide in good detail but wasn't pushy at all. He was just informing me of my options and said I have 30days to review if I'd like to take advantage of the preventative maintenance program to apply the savings on my bill. I would absolutely recommend Town & Country Plumbing Heating Electrical. I hope this review comes in handy for someone else and I'm sure you will have a good experience. On a side note, thx again to Justin for his quick and professional service on my central air conditioning. Cheers:)
