I feel being in Saskatchewan especially in the winter salting the parking area and sidewalks is so important. I almost slipped on ice holding my 6 month old child. Staff didn’t seem to care when I brought it to their attention. As a store targeting products towards parents and children, safety walking into your store should be top priority. I will no longer be shopping here due to the lack of response I got from the employees.

You will never be able to find the hot items in this location from the flyer. The store is hiding all the hot on sale items till the sales is end. Some employees are very happy to help, but most of them just dont care.

Great selection of things to buy. Prices were good. And they also stamp your packing slip so you never have to pay for parking when shopping

I had visited the place for a Birthday Party that I am attending next week. The staff were friendly & the bathrooms were clean!

The store has so many items that you can find what you want. However, customer care is so poor. I was there on Saturday and asked a staff where I can find a tent for kids? And she said that they don't sell tents. So I started to look at different sections until I found the section that had tents!
The customer service person even did not bother herself to add k other staff if they can help me. With high confidence said “we do not sell tents”.

I love y'all still have Toys R Us but why did they close permanently in America? I never thought that it would still be open.

I love the free parking downtown with a purchase, however it seems like whenever I come to this store to purchase something I find in a flyer that was on sale, even on Day 1 of the sale within minutes of the store opening, there is no stock. How can you advertise a sale on something and not have it in stock?

Store manager went above and beyond with customer service and kindness! My niece has been in the children's hospital in Saskatoon for a week in a lot of pain and facing some potentially scary diagnoses. She was looking forward to Lego day at the hospital as a little reprieve but she was pulled away for tests and was super disappointed. I live in Calgary and was desperate to get her something to lift her spirits and so I placed a door dash order hoping they'd deliver to the hospital. Danielle (apologies if I got her name wrong), one of the managers at Toys R Us saw the order and personally delivered it to my niece in the hospital on her way home from work with a get well soon message and other gifts. This was such a kind act and it has meant so much to my niece, her parents and myself to see someone going out of their way to show kindness to strangers going through a rough time. Thanks, Danielle and Toys R Us for bringing some joy and hope to my niece!

Terrence at the Saskatoon store is ABSOLUTELY RUDE and beyond DISRESPECTFUL!

While someone at the customer service desk was explaining the return/exchange policy us, Terrence rudely interrupted and screamed at us saying it's not his responsibility to keep track of our receipt and that we should leave if we didn't like. His colleagues tried to apologize for his obnoxious and vile behaviour but he was in some sort of power trip and kept spewing insults and condescending remarks.

Later on, while waiting to validate my parking, he again screamed at me telling me I needed to pay at the gate without having any clue what was previously discussed with another associate, who in ln-fact instructed me to get my parking ticket validated there. I was literally shaking and felt afraid he would try to physically attack me.

This encounter was UNACCEPTABLE! Terrence should not be allowed to work in customer service!

Went in to return a defective toy at ToysRUs and this guy named Terrence at the customer service desk was disgustingly condiscending and rude. He interrupted the person that was explaining things to us to insert his attitude. Sounded like a powertrip and he should be fired if thats how he deals with customers. Never buying anything from Toys R Us again.

What a ridiculous location where you have to pay to park and shop here and if you want to return something, you have to pay to park here again. Back to online only. And you wonder why retail stores keep closing down.

Reply to response: 1, you don’t advertise validation. 2, I don’t pay to park and eat at Cactus club across the street… so not sure how you apply that pay parking rule.

Poor selection this year
usually very excited to Christmas shop here but this year had to go many other places as they were lacking inventory and variety.
I love books and enjoy gifting books but the ones here are over priced and I prefer to obtain toys at the toy store.

Extremely disappointed in the no holds policy. I called to see if there was a certain sale item in stock. There were 4. I said I would come in (almost an hours drive) just for that item if it could be held til I hot there in one hour. I was told no, to buy it online and pick it up there. After multiple attempts, (and sending my son in the meantime to grab one of the ones left on the shelf), the online purchasing was not working and by the time my son got there they were all sold. It was a completely wasted trip because we knew no one else in the city carried this item.
Please remember the cost of fuel right now. It was a complete waste of time.
One hour, that's all we asked for. It was literally the only item our son asked for for Christmas, and now we have to try to find it elsewhere at almost double the cost. Have the decency to help people out and hold items for an hour or two.

The only reason people come here is for parking, just buy something from the store and that takes care of parking. This place is also good for buying toys and figures

We came in to shop for clothing for new born and it turned out that we forgot our wallet at home so when we tried to leave and asked for our parking ticket to be paid we were told that if we did not purchase anything we have to pay for parking. We explained that we will come back and the guy named Evan was so rude so ignorant just rolled his eyes and said that we have to pay for our parking anyways. It’s the attitude that I was disgusted about. Never coming back for sure!

Bad store, inventory is very poor plus you have to pay for parking. If you want free parking you have to spend money there even if they don't have what you need. Sad
