Travelodge by Wyndham Rosetown

Arrived here evening of 29th of December, awesome lady at the frontdesk. Love the way she checked us in, welcoming and positive personality. Breakfast room got various food to choose from. Special shoutout to their homemade muffins. Great way to start your day.

The bed is comfortable. The rest of the place is a dump. They have done a half hearted attempt to dress it up but it’s like lipstick on a pig. The floors are so noisy from squeaks. I met the guy below me and he said it was horrible being below me and he said his floor on the ground floor was terrible too.

Quick & easy check in & check out. Friendly staff. No issues. Definitely recommend.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, but our room smelled musty, the only reason for giving this hotel a 3 rather than a 4. Check-in easy, free parking, wi-fi, and breakfast. Motel is attached to a lounge and off-sale business. Easy to find from the main highway.

Restaurant was closed, supposed to open within a week or two. Soundproofing could be better. If passing this way again will probably stay here again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service in both hotel and bar facilities. Extremely disgraceful and unsanitary. Rude staff in bar and off sale, outdated in bar.

Management is extremely disrespectful and rude and absolutely without a doubt the biggest disappointment of the whole building.

Needs to be torn down, pricing in every area is over rated and over priced for the actual amenities.

Banned for asking for managements contact details for leaving a complaint for treatment and unorganization of rooms and occupied rooms after being shown an occupied room before purchasing in the middle of the night, and being yelled at by staff for requesting for management due to disrespectfulness of bar and front desk clerk.

Absolutely hideous beyond any other hotel or bar service ever experienced before.

Hotel needs to consider new management, especially, and also train their staff on what customer service requires and is expected in the hospitality industry.

Extremely dissatisfied and appauled by the knowing of how management and customer service and proper treatment just as a normal human should have been provided.

For the 20 days that I stayed here my room never got cleaned once for 100 bucks a night you would think they would clean your room more often. Brand new hotels ask for the same price but you get a quarter of what u would grt there. Only good thing to say about this place is the wifi and the comfy beds with stains on my sheets. Kinda sad

This is one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. It is old, run down and falling apart. There's a smoking and non-smoking section, but they are in the same hallway. Our sink clogged up so that we washed our hands and brushed our teeth in the bathtub. The toilet hinges are broken so that it is risky to go and not fall in. I guess it's on the list to be taken care of (for over a week), but there's no rush. Some rooms have the floor caving in the middle. I could go on. Basically, find a different hotel.

This is a dated hotel in a small Saskatchewan town, so don't expect anything too fancy. That said, this is a clean and comfortable hotel with decently appointed rooms. The beds are very comfortable! Staff are friendly and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Overall, it suited my needs quite nicely.

Lobby was dirty, halls loud, room was ok. Had coffee, microwave, small tv and fridge. Nothing hot for breakfast. All in all, average. No bugs so that was a plus.

Rooms were pretty dirty and in disaray. Cracked bathroom tiles, and dirty carpet. Beds were pretty comfy though. Pretty much what you expect for a budget hotel in a small town. You get what you pay for.

Well it's about as good as you can expect for a small hotel in a small town in Saskatchewan. Friendly staff. My room was pretty clean. Can't really complain. But I'm not too picky when it comes to hotels. I'd say it could use some updating but this is rural Saskatchewan so I don't really expect them to do that anytime soon.
