We booked it with a nice price with breakfast.it was very good the staff is very very friendly.they call us once we arrived the room and asked if we are happy with it.the toilet and and everything was clean and has a good smell.the breakfast was humble but it is good regarding the price.totally recommended for families and also they have pet friendly rooms which is a good plus for them

I’m over the top frustrated with this Travelodge. They have charged us a “no show” fee despite the fact that I called back an hour later after making the reservation to cancel because we found a better suited hotel for us. They are claiming that they have no record of us calling to cancel.
I never write reviews but feel completely compell s to warn people. I am stuck on how to get our money back because of the runaround we are getting. I have had to explain the situation to multiple people, all saying that management would call us back. No one ever did and I finally got the assistant manager on the phone after I had to refuse to get off the phone until I talked to some form of management. Shockingly he was there all along but just making me jump through more hoops is the feeling I was left with. The senior manager is on leave, leaving me with no else to talk to resolve this situation. There is absolutely no attempt of customer service and now I’m being asked to email, just more round around. Be so wary of staying here - if they are willing to deal with this situation like this, I can only imagine the frustration/poor stay/loss of money that they are able to pull on other patrons.

Stayed here for two nights (supposed to be 11). The first night we got there was quite late so we were exhausted. Went to sleep right away. Bed was comfy and pillows wrte old but ok. The next morning woke up and there was blood spots on the sheet that goes on top of the cheap blanket that they give you. When I asked the front desk lady she told me she doesn't work in housekeeping so I'll have to wait till they come in. Needless to say it wasn't changed. We were also told one price and charged another ($40 difference). They also didn't check us out when I went to the desk to check out. I dont normally write reviews but figured I'd let everyone know how terrible my experience was.

We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor suite. It has been some time since we stayed here and it was nice to see some renovations done. The suite was clean including the bathroom. The continental breakfast was nice. I liked the automatic pancake maker. There was some noise inside and out but some noise can be expected. Service was polite. The suite is a good size. I like that a door separates the living area and bedroom. It is nice, when you can park in front of your patio doors to your room for easy loading and unloading. We would stay again.

Nice clean basic room. Nothing fancy here and breakfast was also fairly basic but thats all we needed. Desk staff very polite and helpful

Everything was excellent at this hotel. The only complaint I have is the continental breakfast. It was not good or friendly at all. Tge selection was terrible. All there was, was cereal, boiled eggs, toast and yogurt. Oh and a pancake machine that pumped out pancakes that tasted very bad and are rubbery.

Nothing really special, but for what it is - you can't go wrong. Location is great and for a cheap place to stay it checks all the boxes

Be careful dog can attack any given moment, and hotel in charge do nothing just watching on window, unbelievable when I ask him to respected Department and report this issue, he just ignored like nothing and dog attack on me at from of hotel lobby hahahah good luck.

I recommend any one comes from Asian and meddle east do not even think to come in this place.

No recommended any one who want to feel safe not this hotel

Basic hotel with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Good basic breakfast with pancakes. Friendly, accommodating staff. Stayed here when it was a Country Inn and Suites and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is starting renovations which is good. It is a bit outdated. I did find it a little hard to get to where their parking lot is, but it was dark and rainy. The staff were great, the price was great as we have to get 2 rooms and we were even able to get adjoining rooms.
Would stay again if we are back in the area at night!

Got into our room at 10 pm. Air conditioning didn't work. Called the front desk. Clerk said she would call maintenance. Then she called us back and told us which settings we should use and to try turning on the fan on the unit which I had already done. She said she would call me back again, never did. 27 degrees in the morning. No offer of a room change or discount. Run down hotel. Would never stay again.

I broke down while traveling through town and picked travel lodge because it has a bar and a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Front desk employees were friendly and my stay has been great so far. Thank you travel lodge

Some of the commodities weren’t functioning so we had to change rooms.
Front desk was difficult to communicate with due to a language barrier on their end (their primary language was not English).
The breakfast was not as advertised in photos. Pancakes, toast, cereal, yogurt & boiled eggs. They greatly reduced/downgraded options since the photos were taken and since the last time I stayed there (2020).

Hotel is definitely in need of some updates but rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Disgusting hotel. The mattress and comforter are stained. It smells damp and I was charged for “damages” that I didn’t do and totalled what they took for damage deposit. This place is a scam

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter and I checked in late at night. The room smelled like pee, and it was not clean. The bathroom was full of black mold, and there was snot on the bathroom ceiling. Gross is an understatement. Health services should be called.
