6 STARS if I could! OMG this store is incredible. Right form the employees to ownership. There is nothing better then getting help from the owners/managers - Jon, Teri, Bob etc.and no disrespect to the other employees who helped. Very knowledgeable and they will find something for you you'll love! This was my second trip here (should have a done a review the first time) with my girlfriend and her daughter. They are nothing short of excellence. The variety, the help, the care made our shopping experience easy and bonus, if you are a nurse you get a little extra help on cost for being in that industry. This locally owned, family run store cares for everyone that walks in. I love my OluKai (highly recommend) and as for the ladies I am not sure what they got but they were extremely happy, I mean, we went back a second time. Do not hesitate to visit this store when you are in Saskatoon!

Lots of brands, good choice. Prices are quite high, though. I'd appreciate it if this shop provides some seasonal sales. It might be helpful for everyone.

Love my Keen's Arvana. Great recommendation by Traxx. Not a big fan of heavy boot but these provide great comfort, without feeling weighty for long hours of active movement and standing.

Our whole family has had a pair of Keen newport sandals. They are versatile in the summer and great for mountain hiking and wet conditions too.

I experienced one of the best customer service experiences in my life here on the weekend. I have a hard to fit foot and I was not only helped by one associate but two very helpful associates (Evelyn and Monica) They were determined to find me a boot that fit even though I was getting discouraged.
In the end I found a great pair of cute boots and I love them. I would recommend this store to everyone. It was my first shopping experience there and it definitely won't be my last!

I love my Keen shoes, and how the wide toe area fits me so well. Have been wearing them for years now and hate giving up my old pairs!

My Keen hikers are the best hiking shoes I have ever had! I have climbed mountains, walked caminos and wore the hikers at home for walks. I will stay with this brand forever! Love Traxx! Best shoe selection there is!

I had a wonderful shopping experience today, all thanks to Jonathan (who turns out to be the store manager). I needed to get some steel toe shoes for work. I am a ladies’ size 11 which makes shoe shopping pretty difficult. I’m used to it though. The first person who helped me didn’t have much luck finding anything. I kept picking styles and he’d go back to check, and they wouldn’t have it. I understood and apologized.

While I was still mulling over the styles, Jonathan approached me and asked if I needed a hand. I explained the situation, and my shoe size. He immediately offered to pull a few styles in my size and we’d go from there. I was relieved. He came back with a stack of shoes! At least 6 pairs, and offered to go find more if I needed. I tried on a few, narrowed it down to two styles, eventually landing on one I loved. I took note of his name and at that point, occurred to me he was the store manager!

I had a really wonderful experience and appreciate the time he took to make it an enjoyable one. And! I have new shoes that are fit for work, and fit my big ole feet.

Purchased several pairs of boots and shoes here today and I’m super happy with every single pair. Nothing is as good as having options whether it’s for work or play.
The Staff was very helpful and engaging and it made my shopping experience so great. I know I’ll be back for more!

Sheldon greeted us within a minute of entering the store and was able to point me in the right direction for what I was looking for right away. He was so helpful and patient, all while working with two other customers at the same time! I left with two pairs of shoes even though I only went in for 1, thanks for such a a great experience!

I have bought many pairs of the same work boots from Traxx and this last time I walked in bought the same ones again without trying them on and took them home, I put them on and went to work on Tuesday this week and they felt very tight. Through out the day they were hurting My feet so I took them back and explained it to them, the manufacturer had changed the width to medium from what use to be wide on this specific model and color. Even though I had worn them for one day Traxx still took them back and gave Me a brand new pair all be it a different color but the right width with absolutely no questions or grief about them being worn.
The best place in the city to buy shoes of any kind, it pays to support local and I will be a customer here for life. They are so curteous, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make it right.
I can not say enough good things about this company but I will say You guys are the best!

I was in store today with my service dog. An employee advised me that the owner was allergic to dogs. I said I am legally allowed to be in the store. A male said "it's not you owners problem its yours! ". I offered to give him the number to the company that trained her. I said human rights covers my ability to be in here. He told me to leave the store. Steve one of the employees stepped in and said its the law. The wife told me to move on as I did. They were very rude and ignorant. Thank you steve and the rest of the employees for your understanding and support.

Wow what a selection. Great service from staff. They were able to find me multiple choices of sandals for my hard-to-fit feet.

won a gift certificate from a contest, it had an expiry date on it less than 3 months after I won it. I didn’t realize it expired (my fault for not reading all the fine print on the certificate, I won a whole prize package nothing else had expiry dates so I didn’t look at all the small print) Had I realized it expired I wouldn’t have presented it. They were very rude about the expired certificate and unwilling to honor it. I could respect this if it was a year or more, the certificate wasn’t even a year old. I won it in mid May and it expired the end of July of the same year. Seems they didn’t really want to donate to the cause.

Horrible customer service.
When buying an item we were told that we could bring it back no problem.
It was brought back with the receipt snd original package and they would not issue a refund as I brought it back and it was purchased with my husbands debit. Same account but they would not issue a refund unless he comes in. They do not tell you this and you have to waste your time driving there only to be told this.
The lady at the till said it was store policy but they don’t tell you when you make the purchase.
So just a heads up so you don’t waste your time doing the same

I had fabulous service Christmas Eve day thank you! Got a fabulous pair of Merrell Cham 88 thermo and they are super warm with traction!
